The Armed Republic of Mationland wishes to purchase 20 new SSBNs from any nation/company that is willing to sell them . The SSBNs will be subjected to several rounds of tests before Mationland decides to buy them . Here are the minimum requirements :
1)They must be nuclear powered (of course)
2)They must be able to stay underwater for up to a month
3)They must be able to carry 2 Nuclear Missiles
4)They must have an emergency plan to evacuate all crew members SAFELY during a emergency
5)They must be able to connect to Satalite systems that Mationland has
Note : It is not that Mation Corp does not have the funding/technology/manpower to built/design one but it is just that Mation corp is too busy .
Mationland is willing to fork out US $1 Billion max for each SSBN (excl weapons cost) .
