WANTED: Any large (~100km²,) primarily flat, land in tropical climate. Needed for coffee and cocoa production. Prefferably uninhabitated. Soil conditions there do not matter (it is going to be bulldozed and fertilized.)

Why not try taking the land rather than buying it?

That is a possibility; The Roth Agro-Conglomerate (parent company to Next-Rise) is quite capable of waging a "private little war." Especially on a smaller nation with a weak government.

However, we'd prefer asking first. Out of sheer politeness. And getting the Agro-Cong' on a war footing is expensive.
