Just wondering what people think...

He's got the potential, it's there, I admit, but I don't approve of his RPing methods and his ideas. I really don't thinkhe's very high up there. Teh only reason why he's so garuded is because of all of his allies (Which in my opinion only joined him because he's a newer nation, which is an OOC reason)

I agree...lots of potential, but needs to be guided a bit.

I didn't say he was good but i saw potential. I was just like that when I first started, but when I recieved some help I got a lot better.

After this war I will bear no grudge. I may have disagreed with his policies, but I'll take you're word for the 'good RPer' in him

Unfortunatley a cluster of n00bs are attacking him and no good rpers that would have made easy work of the force defending him.

True. I've sold weapons to them, but that's purely for buisness. We really don't support either side, but our population are more anti-FC.

There should have been an "I don't care I'm just glad the hordes of FC posts will now cease" option, thats my choice.

I don't really care for the guy (or girl), but what i find annoying is all the FC threads, way to much attention to one tiny little situation, I lean more towards Anti-FC and i have yet to see the good RPer his allies say he is, and I don't like him refusing to use the Economy calcualtors (I looked him up and his defence budget is $0.00), I won't step a foot into any more FC based Rps, but if he decides to come into any of my RPs and starts to nukes to solve every problem, cause if he does I'm gonna...well lets just say bye-bye FC. :D

TSS - He has every right to ignore the percentages on economy calculators. I mean 0% military spending? WTH? Even Vatican City has military spending. Also with thirdgeek you can end up with a national budget bigger than yuor GDP. The calculators are pretty screwed up and should be used as a guide at most. Taking them as solid fact is very dubious indeed.

My completely IC rationale for backing him:
1) While we don't much like nuclear proliferation, we believe in state sovereignty, including the right of states to defend themselves as they see fit. This belief doesn't seem to be too common amongst those opposing FC.
2) FC's territorial water claims are mild compared to those of other NS nations, some of which claim territorial waters out to 200nm. Furthermore, his claims do not interfere with any known trade routes.
3) FC is a small nation under attack by larger nations seeking to deprive him of weapons he has a right to own and territory he has a right to claim, and probably to turn his nation into a colony or a protectorate. Copiosa Scotia could not allow such a thing to happen.

Aside from that, I do think he's a decent RPer. He's a troublemaker, certainly, but that's just part of his national character.

CTP, some people do have real life. I have a real life, too. But I have ways to use a computer when I'm not home. So if he/she does not post all the time, that does not give you a reason to not like.
