Subject: Carrier for Antiian Navy

In response to the growing threat of the rebellion in the south of Antiia, Her Majesty feels it is time that the Antiian navy procure a cheap light carrier that can be used for power projection and as a sort of mobile airbase for the war in the south. We are willing to pay up to two billion spread over several years. We would prefer an older, used carrier as it will be cheaper, though we will consider all offers. A second requirement is that an air complement be included, as we may not have fighter aircraft compatible with the ship. Naturally, we will require some assistance in regards to training crewmen and pilots, and we would like these additional costs to be included in the price.

for two billion we can take the two carriers that were sunk in the Nebarri civil war and make them battle ready. we can also add 42 NP-1 Sabers to it.
each carrier can hold up to 21 craft. the NP-1 is not a great fighter its made to do its job well and still be cheep

OOC: Would he be able to man them with the pilots, crew, etc.?

OOC: He probably will be able to if he directs some of his resources to the carriers.

OOC: Space Union, sorry for not posting in the economic conference thread, I've been busy recently and barely able to keep posting in the one thread I'm in right now so I figured I would simply post when a couple of the others posted. As for being able to man them, nope, I wouldn't be able to effectively man all four, but one...that I could probably manage. The one trillion of course is a big help.
