Im sorry, but I really cant keep up with all the RPs that concern me. Apparently I'm being invaded. That's the first I heard of it... a telegram received 5 hours ago. In short:

What the hell is going on?

I dont have a bloody clue what the status of my own nation is. Who is invading me? Who has deployed forces near me? Who has crossed the 100nm line? Who is allied with me? Who is my enemy?

Im sorry, but I cant reply to 15 pages of posts every day. Even if I gave up my job to play NS, I couldnt keep up with that. Please, tone it down and someone summarise what's going on with links to threads.

My question, along a similar vane, is this. What the hell is going on with II these days? Everything is closed or future tech. Hundreds of n00bs are free to roam, declaring war on each other and older nations at will. Time for a spring clean I think.

What sparked off the "Feline Catfish Situation" that requires hundreds of threads to resolve?

Um FC, I'm just as confused as you are. All iknow that Preatorea, Vastivia, Roconnia, island of Skye, and CoreWorlds were having negoations with each of on one of Skye's ships, when Call to Power attacked you and CoreWorlds. I've croossed the NM to attack Call to Power beacuse I promised to protect the fleets of those who agreed to negoatiate. That's all I know.

You, FC, have been invaded by Call To Power, Riconiaab and possibly another
nation beginning with a 'D' which I couldnt find. Allied fleets including mine, Hogsweat, Praetonia, Coreworld etc are defending your country, or trying to at least. You need to go to the Operation Spring thread and reply as you have been invaded by paradrop, though many of us believe CTP to be god-moding as he has declared your major city to have been invaded and surrounded:

In retaliation, Call To Power has been invaded by myself, Hogsweat and Coreworld in a closed RP.

Looking down the front page, there is sod all for a new player, or a returning player, to get involved in. Where are the communist uprising, terrorist attacks, non-military disasters. Where are all the old experienced nations?

This is why I suggested having a closed RP with only a few countries getting involved on either side. Yes, I recognise your efforts to play with complete realism, but too many RPers spoil the story in a lot of cases.

It seems as though you deliberately want to go against the conventions established here on NS from what I gather. There are reasons those conventions were put into place, and it looks like you're getting a demonstration of those reasons.

Ok, let me get my own actions straight, I heard that this invasion was going on, and being a part of the coalition, I wanted to help Findan stop CTP and establish a beachhead because other natiosn were parachuting into FC. I think I may be making a mistake here because I could have participated in the invasion because of missunderstanting.

I attacked his nuclear sites but I didn't declare war. I wasn't attacking his people. I was actually in support of his territorial claims. I only attacked his nukes cause I wanted to get rid of his enemies' excuse for attacking him. But everyone got confused and thought I declaring war and posting his losses.
So I quit. You guys should make a list of who's on whose side.

I *was* interested in defending you, still am but with all the n00bs running around such as CTP and Riconiaa its hard and impossible to get results.(because SOMEHOW hundreds of transports manage to evade nearly 500 Javelin SAM's and scores of AA fire without any casualties now)

That and Mcleod, I have an idea for a good thread, I'm all in the liberation mood with the 5th of May and Liberation day and all so send me a TG or a IM if your interested.

OUCH!!! Did not need to know that!!! :eek: My sympathy, you are oficially dubbed "badass" for being able to admit that your guts were in your nuts. I guessed about the vicodin, it's what they gave me after I broke my knee and had a chunk of my femur screwed back in place(this was after the .03 of dilaudid and the percocet, one didn't work and the other made me puke, go figure) I figured "hey vicodin kicks ass, and for pain relief and grogginess combined it's the way to go."
