The Constitution of the C.I.N.

ARTICLES

I : Should one nation in the C.I.N. fall prey to an attack, all nations in the C.I.N. shall rise as one to defend the nation under attack. Should the attacking nation need to be occupied to end hostilities, that nation shall become a protectorate of the C.I.N., subject to the Constitution of the C.I.N.

II : No C.I.N. nation shall show hostilities against another C.I.N. nation. Should a C.I.N. nation fall under attack by another C.I.N. nation, the attacking nation shall be ejected from the C.I.N., and Article I shall come into effect.

III : C.I.N. nations are required to share any and/or all technological advancments upon request by any other C.I.N. nation. Article III does not apply to any Military and/or Classified technology.

IV :Any C.I.N. nation can propose changes to the Constitution of the C.I.N. at any time. Should a proposition of change occur, a vote will take place. If the vote passes by a 2/3 majority, then the proposed change shall be made to the constitution.

V : Any C.I.N. nation can propose to remove another C.I.N. nation from the C.I.N. at any time. Should this occur, a vote will take place. If the vote passes by a 3/4 majority, then the nation shall be ejected from the C.I.N.

VI :Should, for any reason, a nation be ejected from the C.I.N., at any time, that nation is then prohibited from re-entering the C.I.N. as long at that nations leader at the time of ejection is power.

VII :Any nation can, at any time, join the C.I.N., restricted only by Article VI. Upon joining the C.I.N., that nation is subject to the Constitution of the C.I.N.

VIII :Any nation engaged in conflict in which the C.I.N. constitution would normally come into effect may, if the nation so wishes, refuse C.I.N. assistance for the durration, or any time less then the length, of the engagement.

Article added on January 31st, 2006 C.E.
IX : Any nation involved in a conflict of its own when a call for help is declared, may, if it so chooses, refuse to send any military aid on the grounds that they are required by the current engagement.

Amendment added on January 31st, 2006 C.E. to Article I
This article only comes into effect if the CIN nation hass fallen prey to an attack, and is not the aggressor of the current engagement.

The purpose of the C.I.N. is mutual protection, technology help, and so on. Since when one country in the C.I.N. gets a technology advancement, he is required to share it, all countries in the C.I.N. will be technologically advanced faster. That is in addition to the Mutual Protection, and anything else added to the Constitution later.

in response to Haitenstan's question, C.I.N. nations have their freedom. The only real time the C.I.N. works as one, is when a C.I.N. nation is attacked. If you want, you can go to the Forum and propose amendments to the Constitution to give the C.I.N. another purpose.

Leafistan has just had war declared on it! Under Article I of the C.I.N. Constitution, every nation in the C.I.N. is required to send help of some form. This might be Medical Aid (think M*A*S*H units) of intellegance reports, or just simply military action. (yeah, Simple)

To be a cock to other nations, I have sent all CIN nations the plans to make Tesla Troopers, and Desolators.

Tesla Troopers fire bolts of searing electricity that can shatter cinder blocks and fry electronics and people.

Desolators fire beams of high powered gamma radiation. This is PMT-FT depending on your view.

I've also sent you plans on how to construct basic tanks. Light tanks. Also plans have been sent for the RPG-7 and how to build its tandem-HEAT rounds for anti-tank use. Give the small nations a fighting chance eh?

No_State_At_All officially releases designs for its entire range of (PMT) weaponry to all CIN nations, with the proviso that no nation is allowed to export units of such unless first cleared to do so by special request to NSAA and also, that all plans for such be kept under the highest security at all times. this also applies to re-designs of such if a nation would not otherwise have been able to design such a unit. (ooc: TG me for details on any stuff you want anyone cos i really cant be bothered to write up my full specs here... oh, and the entire NSAA pmt military is based around high-level magnetic technology and is very reliable, but also stupidly hard for low-tech nations (or newbies) to build due to the micro-electronics embedded throughout.)

We like to remind everyone they are entitled to a 15% discount at my storefront thanks to their CIN status and that we have released plans for the Tesla Trooper and Desolator Rad Cannons to all CIN nations. We would also like to remind North Mack that we are now the Glorious Confederacy of Leafanistan.

The Empire of the Golden Throne, acknowledging that many clients of Kriegzimmer and many allied states are already full participants of the C.I.N, would like to apply for membership within the alliance's ranks. We will not lie and will admit that the principal reasons for joining would be to further economic pursuits in trade, as much of our trade has diminished since the beginning of the War of Golden Succession. From increasing security risks from outside nations, might i suggest that the CIN have a vote on if we want our region password protected. It will stop invaders from Aquiring our Deligate position. Also, other positions should be worked on for the Alliance, such as a "Minister of Membership and Recruitment" to help gain more members for the CIN. you only need to assist if the nation requesting help was attacked first.
If a CIN nation starts the war by attacking first, then a request for help MAY be denied. it is not reccomended to not help, but you can. Hm. also, i do thihk we need to add a amendment about nations involved in wars of their own when a request for help is made are exempt from the rule.

It would be nice.
oh, and can i request help from any CIN nation in the war against raven and kraven corps please, we're a bit outnumbered and on the defensive, and they've kind of backed down my navy in open battle. :( (i'm part of an alliance trying to help defend frenzia from them...)

Shazbotdom, former Delagate for the CIN region, has done a Deceaced Nations search. This means he checked all the nations on the CIN members list, and looked for nations that have been deleted for any reason, usually inactivity.
