It was a great day. It was one of those days that was nice and warm but had a slight cold breeze to refresh the people from getting too hot. But to match such a great day, a great event was to happen. After 3 Peaceful Revolutions and the takeover by Technalist Party the government was a Technalist society. In charge of it was President Harsimran Mann. But that was not what was happening on this great day. But in fact, Space Union was releasing their new foreign policy. It has been rumored for several weeks to be a drastic change in direction for Space Union. Thousands upon thousands lined the crowd waiting anxiously for their beloved President to address them. Yet the entire crowd so huge was so quiet. Only the chirps of the birds and the cry of a lone baby marked the event. But suddently that changed. President Harsimran Mann stepped out of the curtain and started walking to the podium. He was waving to an ecentric audience of Space Unionist that he knew were his loyalist supporters. He came to the podium and cleared his throat ready to address the crowd. All the cheering slowly became silent as before but even the birds and that lone baby were quiet in intent to listen to President Mann.

"Welcome fellow citizens. Today we gather on such a perfect day to address a perfect solution. We mark a new era in which Space Union will be far different than it has ever been. For today I will outline our new foreign policy. Many will see radical changes that I ensure to you will be for the greater good. Here is my foreign policy:

1.Space Union will no longer stay silent in aggression. SUC (Space Union Congress) has passed a new bill called the AAA (Anti-Aggression Act). Its goal is to give Space Union's president the power to aid any country economically or militarily from foreign aggression no matter what the invading countries government is. We will no longer stay silent as ruthless aggressor take up arms against smaller, weaker nations. Space Union will always protect those who need it no matter the size, the intelluct, and power of the aggressor. Space Union will not run away from far bigger nations. Through the use of tactical skills of our Generals we will succeed in the ultimate goal: The Right to Self-Goverence.

2.That brings up another issue. In the past, Space Union has only helped governments that were capitalist and right-wing. Today I will extend this to any nation that is under attack unless they are more ruthless than their attackers. Also if a nation that we helps wants to remain communist they may. We will work to the goal of Self-Goverence by the people and let them choose how they want to be ruled. Space Union will respect their wishes.

3.Another issue that has come up in the past month is Nuclear Arms. Many could call the April the "Nuclear Month" because of the number of nuclear powers that have emerged including Feline Catfish, our ally Trolsk, and many others. Space Union has always been an activaist of anti-nuclear policies up until now. We realised they're danger even more when a nation threatened our homeland. It was a deep blow to self-confidence. For that we will now start up our Nuclear Program. We have already bought more than 22,000 nuclear warheads and missiles. We will expand that to a goal of 1,000,000 nuclear devices and other WMDs. But I advice the rest of the world that we only will use them as a last resort.

4.The last point of my new policy is cooperation. Space Union has made tremondous strides in the past months. We are now open to working with communist and capitalist countries alike. Space Union will no longer be the great divider but the great uniter. We shall judge a nation on their character but not on their government-style. For example as all of us now that we have went from almost near war with Pushka to becoming close friends in less than two months. We are nowing working with other nations along with Pushka on the NDS Missile Defense System that promises to provide all members protection from rogue nuclear nations.

Fellow Space Unionist, today I speak not as your ruler, not as a stranger, but as your friend. We shall unite under the same banner, the same flag, the same morals, and the same equality to ensure that our great nation will prospure with other nations alike no matter what government they are ruled by."

The crowd was silent for a few seconds. Then someone began clapping, followed by others, and then others, and then finally the entire crowd. The crowd went into full excitement at the new policy. President Harsimran has succeeded at his goal. He began walking away from the podium until the next time the crowd and President met.

As to your choice on becoming a Nuclear Power also, we are willing to lend you 10 of our 32 Nuclear Powered Ballistic submarines on loan, with full missle load out of about 200 SMLB. OOC:I can believe 22,000 Nuclear warheads, as long as they count for both strategic and tactical... but an equivalent number of missiles is IMPOSSIBLE to mantain and build without your economy going into collapse. Building 1,000,000 nukes is even more impossible. Here are my sauggestions to maxzimize the amount of warheads while reducing the amount of delivery systems:

MIRVs and MARVs:A MIRV(Multiple Independent Reentry Vechile) is a ICBM or SLBM armed with a warhead 'bus', when the missile exits the atmosphere the bus is released and achieves orbit. The bus then manuevers over its targets and begins releasing warheads as it passes over each target. In short it means that one missile can have mulktiple warheads and hit multiple targets. MARVs (What I use) act the same way as MIRVs, with one exception: The warhead itself capable of manuevering as it reenters the atmosphere to avoid Anti-Ballistic Missile weaponry.

Tactical and Strategic:Make that number your total number of ALL types of warheads. Tactical warheads are low-yield fission weapons that target troop formations and military bases. Strategic Warheads are high yield Fission and Fusion weapons that target cities and other Nuclear Bases. Strategic Weapons are delivered via SLBM, ICBM, Long range Bomber, and IRBM(Intermediate Ranged Ballistic Missile). Delivery systems for tactical weapons are enormous. Ranging from Medium Ranged Ballistic Missiles to cruise missiles, to artillery pieces, to depth charges, torepedoes, and even mines.
