OCC:The fact that that ship is just one hell of a target for most nations' space forces I'd almost never build/buy that. Hell I only use my longest ship (18.5km) on very rare occasions that require a moral booster or a planet/moon/planetoid obliterated.
Squadrons typically contain 12 fighters, broken up into 3 flights of 4, each of which is designated as 2 pairs. A wing contains 6 squadrons, for a total of 72 fighters.

While I won't go so far to say that the construction of one of these vessels is impossible for a nation of your like, saying that you can build something of this magnitude for merchant purposes is... no.
Saying that you have multiple for sale already would be even worse.
