Background:
Proposal
There is a small tropical island in our region which no country has claimed. It is covered with forests and looks to have some other natural resources. We have had contact with the few natives on this island, and they are friendly people who would like to advance their well-being. I am proposing the contruction an international shipyard for construction of military ships for our defence but also cruise ships to help our tourist industries on the island. Total costs will be $850 million. Please let me know if you are interested in joining us.

5 Nations will contribute $170 million each: Dowier, Bronon, BCH, Youtaupeya, RP
Once funding was secured, technical diagrams were created, and intense efforts by hundreds of engineers from the Region worked on a detailed construction plan.

Bulletin:
Construction is starting to get underway for the first ever international construction project in the Brock Region. Five nations have each contributed $170 million for the project. Large cargo ships could be seen bringing building supplies to the island. There was also much activity on the island, as locals and engineers from the five nations began preparing for this immense transformation.
Once completed, it will be a port for large ships, but also a giant shipyard for construction of massive cruise ships and military vessels. Chief Project Coordinator, Richard “Buggs” Onmee stated “this will help the economies of all nations that committed to this, and we hope to not only attract tourists from the Region, but all over the world to our new cruise ships, as well as increase our military equipment exports.”
