The plane landed at the designated airport, and surprisingly it hit no turbulence, with the liftoff and landing being unusually smooth. Sharing the grace, the diplomatically marked jet came down the run way, slowing down until it reached the terminal. It stopped, and for a few minutes, seemed to hesitate, before a stairway was rolled to the side of the jet and the door opened. Coming out was a fairly well dressed Georgiana, wearing a simple purple dress and a red ribbon tightly around her neck in a Victorian design. As she slowly, confidently made her way down the stairs, she reached the bottom and adjusted herself, taking off her white bonnet and ribbon and allowing one of her aide's take it for her. One of them spoke to her French as she waited next to the jet at rest.
"Your Serene Majesty, we must notify the Marquis of your arrival first."
"I thought for sure he would see the plainly marked plane. After all, such great lengths were taken to make those large, prominent stripes on the side to show off the French insignia."
The sarcasm in her voice was apparent, but the humor was lost, instead, it seemed to only be a nasty comeback to something she already knew. She turned around to her aide, and bowed her head, in seeming forgiveness.
"I understand, however, the problem of this. I think however we can manage. Perhaps a phone is nearby?"
"I shall seek it, your Serene Majesty."
She nodded and dismissed him as she sighed. Already, she realized she had taken this a bit too quickly. She wasn't even sure why she was doing this, but she wasn't about to disappoint her mother. If anything, she deserved some repayment for her fortitude. Most things come in time.
Bronson was running a little late, hence why he wasn't at the airport to meet Princess Georgiana on time. He had to make sure additional rooms were set aside for Princess Violet of Roman Greece (his prospective wife) and Prince Roland of Terre DeAnge. Not only was he going to by trying to woo Princess Violet, but he would also be trying to act as a delegate on his cousin, Queen Cora's behalf.
"Good thing you're here, sir, Princess Georgiana just arrived. And she sounded a little ticked off," said one his aides.
Bronson sighed as he rushed forward. "She was supposed to notify me when she was coming," he said under his breath.
"Sir, shall we stand by for Princess Violet and Prince Roland?" the aide asked.
"Yes, but . . . Oh I'll sort things out shortly." Bronson said. He wasn't sure if he should wait with Princess Georgiana for the others or head to the palace. He was afraid he'd have to do the latter.
He was dressed in a dark blue suit and matching tie with gold thread woven in it to give it a lovely sheen. "Forgive me for being late, Your Serene Highness," Bronson replied in perfect French. "Unexpected . . . things held me up from being her when I arrived. Shall I take any of your baggage?"
Like most Rastabites he was born with innate ability to at the very least how a person felt and read their auras. He could sense from the princess that she seemed confused and a bit annoyed. No wonder his aides had backed off.

She looked to the Marquis and with a pleasant smile and a turning of her head she bowed her head. It was not polite to bow with your body in public, but she then began to speak to her. Her voice was very srue of herself, and she kept her tone into a polite, pleasant manner.
"Do excuse my rudeness with the aides. I am not a very good flyer. I stepped off the line. I completely understand the delay, and my own inability to remember what to do gave me a lapse of judgement. I should have called you when I was nearing Rastaban, Your Royal Highness. But I forget myself, Marquis. I have not formally introduced myself, but you do seem to know me, so I think that we are on equal ground there. Are we to wait for the others?"

Violet was dressed in a Saracen/Greek outfit with her Greek hat and her black gloves. She had medium sized hair. ''God Willing,Nothing will go wrong.'' said Violet. Violet looked around and gazed at the airport. She always did this in new places since she was a little girl.

"Yes, well, I know how it can be. I know I get quite irritable after a long journey. No need to apologize, Princess. And please do call me Bronson. Only those announcing me need to call me Marquis."

Bronson gave an inner sigh as his nearest aide informed him that Princess Violet had landed. "I don't think we'll have to wait to long, Your Serene Highness. It seems my prospective bride, Princess Violet has just arrived. If you wish you may accompany to greet her, or I can have one of the limos standing by take you to the Palace."
'Now all I have to do is wait for Roland,' he thought to himself.

He held out his hand to her. "I am Dauphin Roland de la Courcel of Terre DeAnge. But please, Dauphin or Roland will do just fine. And who might you be?"

She then sat beside them looking at them while wondering about Rastaban.

Bronson arrived just in time to see her greeted by Roland. He felt he would be sighing all night. "Forgive me for being ever so late. I am rather stretched thin right now." He bowed to Roland. "Dauphine Roland, a pleasure to see you."
He turned to Violet and took her hand, kissing it. "You Highness, wonderful to finally meet you at last. Please, lets join Princess Georgiana and we'll head to the Palace where we may all talk."
He lead them back to Georgiana. "Princess Georgiana, may I present Dauphine Roland de la Courcel, Crown Prince of Terre DeAnge and Princess Violet of Roman Greece."

She looked to the Dauphin and smiled pleasantly, nodding her delicate head in a polite gesture.
"It is of the utmost pleasure, Dauphin de Terre DeAnge. As my dear acquaintance Bronson introduces me, I am the Princess du Sang of the Third Empire. Georgiana Cedolin."
Her eyes traced his figure with a glance as she turned her body to address Violet. There was a short lapse in which she looked at him with interest, before her eyes traced back to Violet. She looked at Violet as if she was a curiosity in a window shoppe, and hesistated before speaking.
"The pleasure is extended to you too... Princess Violet. I have heard a small bit about you, and would be delighted to meet your acquaintance."

He turned to Georgiana. "Wonderful to meet you, Princess Georgiana." He looked to Bronson then. "Yes, lets go to the palace. I'm sure the airport isn't a place to discuss things of important matters."

''What is the meaning of Du Sang?'' asked Violet nervously. ''I am honored to meet you all.'' Violet said joyfully. ''If you are wondering about my nation or culture, just ask me anything.'' Violet said. Then she went to a corner and prayed and then gave thanks to God as she was Orthodox Christian.

Georgiana watched her curiously with a creeping smile as she went off into the corner. She did not make any more gestures, and when she was finished, and came back into the fold, she addressed her.
"Du Sang means, loosely, of the blood. This means I am of the Imperial Family bloodline, my parentage is of the Emperor Elect Raphael Cedolin, whom has recently passed away from us, and the Imperial Mother Andrea Karlsson Cedolin, a Danish aristocrat that has become now our sovereign leader."

"Yes, to the Palace," Bronson said, smiling. He called forth one limo, seeing as it would be better to have the four of the ride together. The right was quite long, being as that no modern transportation was allowed with the city limits of New Avalon. It was to perserve the history of the city.
Thankfully the Palace had a underground tunnel for the use of automobiles. It lead straight to the front entrance of the Palace.
A Palace Guard opened the door. "Your Highnesses," he greeting them.
Bronson smiled. "Ladies first," he said to Georgiana and Violet.

A thousand and more years ago, as the true-gotten son of the One God, Yeshua ben Yosef, hung dying upon the wooden cross, his side was pierced by a Tiberian spear and his blood fell upon the soil, mingling with the tears of his beloved, the Magdalene. And because their union had never been sealed, Earth Herself took pity upon them and in the damp soil She quickened the divine seed of life, and of it blessed Elua was born, and he was nurtured in the womb of Earth.
"Misbegotten and reviled by Yeshuites and Tiberians alike, Elua was cast out to wander, and flowers bloomed where his feet trod. And where he went, people feared him, for he was strange to them, and the One God scorned him, mourning only for his true-gotten son. But when the King of Persis cast blessed Elua in chains, there were among the angels in Heaven those who took pity upon him.
"Those that took pity on him were eight in number and became his Companions later founding Terre DeAnge. From their scion with mortals came the D'Angelines, scions of angels. I am a Scion of Elua. My family has been the ruling house since Elua and his Companions left this world to the True Terre DeAnge."

We call Christians Yeshuites, and Tiberians are Romans. D'Angelines are however exempt from the One God's promise and Yeshua's sacrifice, for the One God and Mother Earth made a type of heaven beyond this mortal realm for D'Angelines. He watched Violet skip about. No doubt she was excited about being her. She apparently seemed pleased by her and Bronson's match. He looked to Georgiana again, wondering what she thought of it.

"I did not know that, Roland, of your nation and their religion I mean. Scion of Angels? How very interesting. No wonder you nation has a great many beautiful people," Bronson said. He turned to the others. "Shall we retire to wing of the Palace to further our converstation?" he asked. "I shall send for light food and drink, if that's all right."
OOC: Ok.
"Yes, well, lets take that inside. I hear those hounds of reporters coming this way already. No doubt they'll have stories spun about us. Please forgive me if there are false rumors put out about the three of you."
"Do not worry. I have had my share of rumor-mongering. Not necessarily in the papers, but in the salons and parlors. It was even suggested that I would be married. An interesting idea, considering the situation. I do not think you can trust everything you hear."
She smiled, accenuating her subtle inference, though her intent remained enigmatic. She instead began to speak once more.
"If we have arrived, I would be most glad to rest in a salon, or parlour that you may have in your palace. I am used to our humble chateau in Bretange, as my mother is not a fan of luxury. We live a simple life compared to the extravagancies of former Emperors, such as the late Charles."

"Some like that. We claim to be earth's youngest children. For our race has only been a short time compared to most. Yeshua be Yosef is another name for Jesus Christ. We call him Yeshua however. We call Christians Yeshuites, and Tiberians are Romans. D'Angelines are however exempt from the One God's promise and Yeshua's sacrifice, for the One God and Mother Earth made a type of heaven beyond this mortal realm for D'Angelines. The True Terre DeAnge," Roland explained, rather intrigued by the converstation and continued to talk as they walked into the palace. "D'Angelines do not dicriminate against any religion, for her pay tribute to not only Blessed Elua and his Companions but any god of others' nations when we are there. When I am here I shall pay tribute to Rastaban's gods."

"They are the closest thing to them. My cousin doesn't dare stop them though, they are most reliable resorce as to if another civil war is on the rise. We recently just got out of one," Bronson said. He lead them to a spacious wing in the Palace. It was decorated in modern decoration, unlike the rest of the Palace. Obviously it wasn't as formal, but still it was a place to rest.
"The queen's step-father tried to displace her and put his daugher, the queen's younger half-sister on the throne. It didn't go over well, he lost and is currently serving a life sentence on Prison Island. Princess Cally, Cora's half-sister went off and married the Emperor of Athan. Bronson walked to a phone and dialed a in house number and then returned. "Food is on its way. Please sit and relax. If there is anything you need, just ask."

Before he left, she talked quietly with him, not whispering, but keeping a low, soft tone.
"I know what you mean by this. I suppose I should loosen up. Recently, Victorian etiquette in my nation has been... A fad. We have long been between modern and old, and we have had one of those times where tradition was the newest fashion. Its a bit amusing. But I think here I can let myself be relaxed. I'm sure we can find much in common, both between us and our nations. It is interesting how our nations all seem to coincide with the respect for the old, yet the acknowledgement of the new. Something even I might stand in awe of."

As he looked to Georgiana as she conversed quietly with Bronson, she nodded as he made his way and looked to Roland. She didn't have a "sexy" quality to her so much as a delicate, ephemeral beauty as that of a English rose. Her face was angular and her eyes deep. They were far more mature than what her age would show, which could be in her late teens or more likely her early or mid twenties. She walked easy and unassuming, not looking to the side but straight forward.

Bronson lead her down a wide hall off of which branched a narrower hall that he lead her down. At the end of it was his mother's suite. He knocked before entering. "Its me mother."

L'aura was a pretty woman with light blonde hair and clear blue eyes, which her son inherited. Her complection was light but a rosy color to her cheeks. She was also rather tall, standing around five-feet-nine-inches. She came forward and embraced her son. "Lovely to see you, Bronson." She pulled away to look at Violet over, in her native garb. Elua was taken captive by the King of Persis, for he felt threaten by him. The One God ignored his grandson and so Namaah to pity on Elua. Namaah went to the king and laid with him in return for Elua's freedom. People have different interpretations as to how she went to him. Humbly, because he was right, to divine his future, there are thirteen official interpretations to be exact. Each is represented by the Thirteen Houses of the Court of Night-Blooming Flowers, better known as the Night Court. To the outside the Night Court seems nothing more that various brothels. D'Angelines find this very offensive. Men and women in the Night Court go there to pay tribute Namaah and how she saved Elua. Most salons in Terre DeAnge are like the Night Court, save that usually a former adept of the Night Court runs it and the men and women there have a different set of rules."

As she sat down,Violet answered ''I am Princess Violet of Roman Greece, born of The Khalifah Muhammed IV and The Grand Duchess Michelle II.'' Violet said bowing in a courtlike manner before fully sitting down on a chair. ''What do you wish to talk about,L'aura?'' Violet asked. ''The Khalifah is not the King by the way.'' Violet told L'aura.
"No need for formalities. We are very lax royalty. And, I am not the queen," L'aura said, her voice filled with laughter. "And I wish to talk, briefly, and meet with my son's prospective wife. Despite that he is old enough to make decisions on his own, I would like to give my blessing to this union.
"I would like to make some things clear though. Within Rastaban, your children will be princes and princesses, but they shall not have the title of Royal Highness. Bronson has decided that he does not want his children in the lime light. They will be Grand Ducal Highnesses. The eldest child shall inheirt the dukedom from Bronson once he is Duke of Leh'mu, regardless of gender. I do not know what titles they would hold in Roman Greece.
"Also, the eldest child shall be raised to worship the Rastabite Pantheon. You may keep worshiping you current religion, but that's my only stipulation. That my eldest grandchild from Bronson shall be raised in our religion. It will ensure that there will be at least one in line for the throne from my line."
"Is that all mother?" Bronson asked, wondering if his mother knew the meaning of brief.
"Yes, for now. Any questions for me, Princess Violet?" she asked young woman.

She perked her brow a bit as he went on and carefully sipped from her glass with a moment to put this through her head.
"Honestly, there is nothing wrong with that philosophy. It is certainly unique however, but very fascinating to listen about. Although, I do not think there is such a parallel in my nation of that. Philosophy of love varies across the board for most people there. For some, there is no sanctity, to others, it is the blackest sin. And also, the flip faces of the card, some do see it sacred and holy, though I would be hard pressed to identify that for you. The Empire for a long while had a Libertarian movement that helped bring large amounts of civil freedoms to the Empire, though that has shifted somewhat over the years."
She paused for a moment smiling as she set down the glass.
"However, to get to the point, I must say that your nation is fascinating in its tradition and dedication to your faith. Certainly unlike anything I have personally seen or heard about."
