Following what has, and is, occuring in the Feline Catfish region, Trolsk has decided it's time to finally get some mobile deterrent for itself and its allies. It is putting forward a proposal to all, design us a Nuclear Ballistic capable Submarine, and make it liable to carry atleast 20 Trident IIs. We will be paying up to 100 Billion for a small batch of these, lets say about 5 of them or so. The Nukes we already have in containment, used as resupply short range armanents for our Anti-Nuclear Space Station. Get desigining.

The Royal Tallarnian Dockyards while not being able to offer any new designs, would like to bring its balistic missile submarine to your attention.

For your current budget you would be able to purchase up to 34 of these submarines and we will happily provide training instructors, spare parts, training manuals as part of our customer service.

However, should any of these ships be used against our host; the Empire of Dumpsterdam or any of its allies, we will be forced to withdraw our customer support, black-list you to prevent further sales and possible embargoes from the Empire upon you.

Director RTD.

Who doesn’t know the Toledo class, one of the worlds most deadly and silent ballistic missile submarines? The Macabee class in fact runs on the same technology and the only reason this isn’t called the Toledo class is because we’d be violating copyright laws.

However, in honour with the Toledo class this submarine is the one you want if you want to destroy an enemy fleet and get away with it.

The Empire of Trolsk will gladly pay 100 Billion of the batch of 34 submarines. It is more than willing to agree not to use it against Dumpsterdam's forces, or its allies. It shall primarily be using them for defensive deterrant purposes. We also gladly welcome the training. You see, we've never before had a submarine in our forces, having a fairly aged Navy.. Only our Army and Airforce got a complete remake after our Civil War.

OoC: Could you please make the purchase on my storefront then? For administrative purposes, I'll even add in another for free, so that makes 35 submarines.
