Body: I, Prime Minister Aleksei Karpov of Syvatoslav, have addressed this memo this evening to all nations who acknowledge with in repliance to this letter. What is this letter about? The Republic of Syvatoslav is currently seeking allies and friendly standing nations to step forward in an act of standing peace between Syvatoslav and the replying nation.
For those of you whom may not be in complete inform of the nation addressed as Syvatoslav, I will be informing the reader of its currently standing at the end of this message.
As you know already the alliance is the reason for this memo, any human nation wishing to make a loyal accomplice and well-standing friendly nation is welcome to do so.
Now, on to the information regarding the nation of Syvatoslav. Syvatoslav, as it stands is a rather small nation as of this moment, a population of roughly six-million though having an all around good economic standing. Our military is trained to the peaks of their capabilities, kept in tight uniform and are pressed strongly to cut any flaws.
Some nation's had referred to Syvatoslav as 'oppressive' though I do not see it as so. As prime minister I am a loving man to my people and make sure that their needs are met, however I in return to not hesitate to show hostility to their nation, and varey rarley are acts against the government tolerated.
