To whomever it may concern:
The nation of North Macks' recent aggressive actions against the small state of Kyp78952 will not stand. The nation of Kyp78952 deserves its right to exist on his own, without any forced alliances made by your party. These actions along with threats of war with other nations will not continue. It is with a heavy heart that I, the President of Allied Businessmen, issue to you these conditions. Please comply, war is not something we need. Faliure to meet these demands will cause my firm state make war at all deliberate speed with yours
The following two altimadums are to be made by May 6th, 2005:
1. Reduce your weapons surplus
2. Halt all future plans of war and respect all withstanding borders
Failure to comply with these simple demands will signal grave consequences for you and your people.
