Look, I am sending this via encrypted telegram. I hate the way Frederick is
conducting this. I personally think Shoobans are advanced mammals, though
do you really need to slaughter them? Eh. Either way, this is an invitation to
make amends. You can re-establish Embassies, make alliances, bases, mergers
between our companies. Look, this entire thing is stupid... but do me a favor.
Number one, do not call this blasted Imperial Commonwealth leftist. Number
two, have a good time. Meet me in the Chancellory of Foreign Affairs, I'll take
you to a private beach. Also, bring one bodyguard, lightly armed as in, pistols
only. I will be happy if you accept, I am not going to risk the friendship I have
with some of you (Antonius, Helldawg V) because of idealism. I support human
rights, but going to war over it is stupid. But eh, tis the will of the People.
I'll be expecting you.

(Just pretend you're at that Chancellory of Foreign Affairs and you spot Sergei in your taxi/armored vehicle/anything that can drive.)

This looks like fun....

Suddenly, the grounds around the Chancellory began to shake. Then there was the unmistakable tune of Ride of the Valkaries blasting from around the corner. Then the thing made itself seen. Around the corner flew the Emperor's personal M-29A2 Arbiter MBT, driving down the road at 50 MPH, kicking up chunks of asphalt as it cruised. The Emperor was sitting in the driver's seat with his head exposed, wearing a scary looking black helmet. He pulled up to the front and tossed the keys to a valet.

"Don't scratch 'er."

Sergei approached Helldawg and chuckled. "Helldawg... where did you buy that? It looks good on you!" He shook his hand. "Hm. Thank you for coming. You don't mind if we stay here on the bench until the others arrive, do you?"

He called for a soldier. "You." He said as he arrived. "Drive this to the garage." The soldier complied and waited for Helldawg to leave.

High over the Chancellory, a small prop plane passed through the clear sky. In the back of the plane, Emperor Antonius sat comfortably smoking a cigarette, several bottles of Black Death Vodka lay empty at his feet.

"Your grace, we're passing over the Chancellory now."

Antonius got to his feet and made his way to the door. He threw it open and looked down at the city far below. He took another drag on the cigarette and flicked it out the door, before leaping out of the plane. It was about a minute later before he realized he'd forgotten his parachute.

Luckily, that same day the world's largest mattress was on display nearby. Antonius, being the resourceful bastard he is, maneuvered himself such that he landed directly on top of this gigantic featherbed.

Antonius stumbled out onto the street, and after a minute of wandering dazedly, found himself face to face with Emperor Helldawg.

The other could hear a loud engine from away. Then four minutes later, Count JWolf’s truck (http://img206.echo.cx/img206/6325/jwolfstruck1yb.jpg) could be seen down the street. It stopped in front of the others and the Count hopped out of the driver seat. He was wearing his demon armor (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/JWolfsDemonarmor.jpg). Really it had nothing to do with any demon, it was used to scary people. With the helmet under his right arm and his sword by his left side, the Count walked up to the other with a big Cuban cigar in his mouth and said “Hello guys.”

"Of course not, my friend." replied Helldawg, taking off his helmet and tucking it under his arm. As he did that, Antonius wandered in front of him. "Hello, dad. Drinking before the party even started, are we?" he said with a slight chuckle.

Sergei looked at the Count's armor. He tilted his head to the side. "How are you smoking through that?" He shook his head. He then looked at the others. "A Soldatoya will be coming to pick us up. Anyway, let's do a small roll call hm?"

He cleared his throat. "Sergei Ilyanov, First Chancellor of the Chancellory of Foreign Affairs, member of the Red Party, former President of the Island. Also, can you answer who would you rather have in power today? Or what Party? Same thing." He shook his head. "I'm babbling."

A single horse, covered in gilded saddle and ridden by an armored man with armor of jewels, gold, and steel. A bow of gold was held in his hand, and from the other, he mounted an arrow. Taking aim at a Shooban, the rider unleashed an arrow, striking the beast in the arm, leaving him screaming while the rider brought his mace to bear, and smashed the Shooban in the head, sending out blood and brain matter as the skull cracked. Turning his horse around, he hopped off, onto the back of a Shooban on all fours and then onto the ground, removing his helmet and armor, and showing himself to be Shah Khosru, dressed in jeans and a button down Italian silk shirt.

Sergei looked at the Shah. "You know, can't you just walk up to me normal? Seriously now. You could've gotten a rental car, maybe a van. A Dodge would've been nice, I prefer a good BMW. But that's another thing."

He looked at the Shooban. "How did you that?"

"Haha, do you like my horsemanship? From my fifth year I was taught to ride the horse, and to shoot my bow from the saddle. I have hunted since I was eight, thought it usually was for deer."

Sergei chuckled. "Hm, it's okay. So how was the trip here? I hope you enjoyed the view."

Sergei looked at the Count's armor. He tilted his head to the side. "How are you smoking through that?"

The Count looked at Sergei and said "That is why I took my helmet off. Can’t smoke with it on.”

He shook his head. He then looked at the others. "A Soldatoya will be coming to pick us up. Anyway, let's do a small roll call hm?"

"Everybody here knows me or heard of me but I like to hear my voice. Count JWolf, the God Emperor of the Dominion. The first true vampire on this world." said the Count. “As long as who every is in power with be a friend to me and the Dominion, I don’t care who is in power.”

OOC: I’m RP this like it was after the Count's take over of the government. I will make another thread saying it after I finish the 'A Dark Plan' RP. So… if you (TIOR) posting that thread, it will be happening before this meeting and nothing in this thread will mean anything.

Antonius, who had fallen asleep on the concrete woke up as the Count shouted his name and title. Antonius got to his feet, and looked around.

"Where am I? What's going on?"

“Antonius, you’re in the Island of Rose and at the Chancellory” said the Count. “Sergei wants us to do roll call.”

"Oh. A roll call. Alright. I'm here."

The Shah talked to Sergei, "Do you have some servants? I need a drink."

Sergei clasped his hands. "Good good. But where is J.L?"

Looking around him, the Count said "Damn, where is J.L. at?"
