Basically, I'm thinking of making a thread where people could submit an ad like "newbie seeks experienced RP'er for diplomacy" or "experienced player seeks alliance". It would be organized, so if someone wanted an alliance, they could simpy go to the alliance section, and contact the submitter of the best one. The ad would be one or two sentences, but they could provide a link to the reply post.

So, any comments, criticism, whatever? Once I ge comments, I could make an experiment preview out of only ten ads, and see how we like it. So please submit feedback. If people like this, maybe I could get a team to help me on this.

And, yes, I know I'm a newbie, but please don't steal my idea. Of course, if this has already been thought of, please let me know.

Currently, I need ten requests before I come out with the preview. Please post if I should take the ad off. (I'm hoping that won't happen before the preview comes out.)

1. Concador: Concador is looking for allies to recieve (and give) military assistance to.
2. Flaming Souls is looking to establish diplomatic relations with any other future tech nation to see where it may lead.
3. Torontonias is also looking to establish Diplomatic relations with other Future Tech nation's in an effort to branch out from its state of Uni-Alliancism.
4. Also interested in Joining New Rps, either Modern or Future tech, so long as Modern Rp does not officially involve the Nation. I always seem to find interesting Rp's that are 5 pages in progress...

Sounds like a good idea; it would help to sort out and 'match-make' RPs. I'd be up for helping :)

And don't worry, the II community (with a few exceptions) isn't into blatant copying of ideas, and if someone did do it, they'd just have it ignored.

Okay, thanks. Basically, I'll probably make the preview by myself, see how it works, and then I'll see if I need a team to help. So what do you guys think the preview should look like. Also, I'd like to have ten ads for the preview, preferably diverse ones. So, please submit ads. They can be fake, but real is nice too.

Basically, I think that after the preview, I'll decide whether or not I want a team to help. So people can place advanced requests here to be considered for helping if I decide I need a team. Anyone that already asked to help will have to ask again so I can keep a list.

I'd suggest that you create a list of all of your requests on your first post, rather than the post that you have currently, because the first post is going to be the first thing that everyone reads (obviously, or at least I hope so...)

I'd add an aging statement as part of any long-term thread. (quote modified to demonstrate) If Concador hangs around for several months, he's not going to want to be the first contact forever. People might look to the latest month for new partners, and older months to see how successful the thread has been at getting new players integrated into the game.
