The anchormen talked excitedly into the camera. "Today, after a long debate in congress, we have finally recieved word of a new Concadorian military policy. This morning at 10:00 AM an official statement by Premier Yoni was sent out:" The screen changed from the reporter to a video taping of Premier Yoni in front of a sea of reporters.
"Concador hereby ends it's isolationasit policy and seeks to form military alliances. I hope to be able to give and recieve military assistance to and from our future allies. Thank you."
The screen cut back to the reporter. "So that's the latest folks. . ."
