The Pact In Defense Of Newbs: PIDON.
The Pact In Defense Of Newbs aims to assist newbie nations that are of some Roleplaying talent or skill against threats from non newbie nations whether they be OOC or IC.

The Pact In Defense Of Newbs only assists newbie nations that are of some roleplaying talent or skill.

The Pact In Defense of Newbs will not falter in using force to make sure that these newbie nations that are of some roleplaying talent or skill are not scared away from Nationstates permanently.

The Pact In Defense of Newbs recognises that there are nations out there that like to pick on small nations as soon as they start roleplaying in International Incidents.

The Pact In Defense of Newbs, realising the need for fresh new Roleplayers, agrees this is wrong and will act to stop against it.

Furthermore, only certain roleplayers will be allowed to be part of this Pact.

Well, I may be retiring soon, but, go on, I've put my john Hancock down on that piece of paper - I used to be a newbie once and you guys helped me.

I would very much like to be a part of this.

Can we not support a newb if we don't want to? For example, I wouldn't support Feline Catfish because of his absolute refusal to listen to any sort of criticism. But, I'd be more than happy to help under most circumstances.
