"The Empire of Trolsk has seen Terrorism and international crime rise horrendously these last few years. It's time to put an end to the terror. We propose setting up an international Counter-Terrorist team, fully equiped and recruited from the Organisation's member nations. The name of the force will be the International Protection Agency (IPA).
Aims:
To search, arrest/eliminate known terrorists and international criminals
To provide a Counter Terrorist force for all member Nations, especially for those Nations lacking a specialist CT force
Organisation:
A team of 50 'active' men will form the force's strong arm, each equipped with the best CT Equipment on offer, including full body Kevlar body armour and many weaponry. These men and women will be divided into Assault, Demolitions, Engineers (locks and Electronics), Snipers and Recon teams.
The 'reserve' force of 50 men will provide troops to replace any casualties, and to provide a secondary force should numbers be spread thin internationally.
A 'Mobility' force, consisting of 10 pilots, for aircraft transportation, 50 drivers for any APC/Emergeancy responce Van transportation, and 100 support to keep the various transports running. A specialist team of 5 boat captains are also avaliable for controlling landing craft and dingies.
A 'Support' force, consisting of 200 support staff, including communications specialists, cooks, non-combat engineers and mechanics, and various 'desk jobs'.
A 'Command' unit of 9 support staff, and one commander (elected from the various member nations by the nations). These men and women control the operations.
