Of late we've noticed the need for a fast craft that's capable of heavy lifting, vtol capability, and a versatile mission payload (VMP) capability. We are considerably lacking in that respect.

The VMP will have to include the ability to take at least one of these suites at a time:

ECM suite
Tactical Sensors suite
Command suite
VIP suite
Cargo Hold
Fire Con suite

We require designers to come up with a design that features all three, and any features the designers wish to add.

Contracts will be accepted after approval, full production will begin shortly after, and the nation who has the most successful design will be repaid in kind with full trade access and diplomacy.

The Mule is a modular multi-role vertical take-off/landing craft designed to accept 9m(width) by 5m(height) by 15m(length) cargo boxes which can be outfitted or designed in anyway on the interior. The cargo box transfer is done by a slidelock base and a crane attachment system. Weapons are veriable depending on mission perameters and can range from 4 .5 cal machinge guns to 8 ATS rockets.
