The Dalek Race

Daleks: not known for any attempts at diplomacy. However, it has come to the attention of their empire that they could get squished. Fancy force fields, skin sucking things and funny x-ray guns are all well and good, but when super star destroyers get thrown into the mix things start to look quite bad. To avoid conflicts that are unwinnable the Dalek race has built a station at the core of the mily way galaxy. Any dignitary there is guaranteed safety from 'EXTERMINATION!' as long as they don't try anything. A dalek diplomat has been engineered for the purpose of diplomacy. Any empire wishing to avoiud a messy conflict with the daleks can register on the 'no wars' list at the DDS.
