Nearly a million aboard...

I see a homeworld like COC problem arising. Anyone get my drift?

How the Hells can you provide enough resources for nearly a million men and women? An ablutionary nightmare, to be sure. And what about movement? To provide resources for all crewmen, and such, your ship would be much bigger then ten miles. And to push such a large mass through space...

Outline your propulsion and powerplants?

It uses tech that in a way folds the very ships into a self made wormhole to trawvel through also it uses pertual motion machines to power it as a auxilary power and it main source of power is a machine which uses the energy of the very stars to power not like solar energy but of the star's core.

A ship that big would still have limitations on sublight movement.

The problem also is that your chain of command is huge.

To monitor a ship that large, with a command crew of that maginitude...

The chain of command would dissolve into chaos within seconds - Talking head syndrome. Trust me, we went through that stage.

Another note - Why not put your Marines and such in Coldsleep during long voyages and do rotations? That way it'll cut down on supplies needed, and size, and you'll always have a contingent on hand.
