UberPenguinLand is looking for some allies, since no one can survive by being isolated from the world. We are located near Solstheim on the planet Tamriel. As you can guess, we're Penguins, but extremely intelligent Penguins. We have BroadBand internet in every dwelling and and Free TV. Our library system, both print and electronic is unrivaled in Tamriel, except perhaps, by the Imperial Library, the library of the almost Worl-Wide Imperial Government, itself. Our Government is almost completely controlled by the people, with the government stepping in only to stop things that will cause harm to the people in the long run. And we'll give you a nice, tasty lollipop.

The most glorious senate of the Forthox Republic has accepted your proposal but reminds the UberPenguinLand that it must enter a binding military defense treaty and secure trading priorities with Forthox to be allowed to make purchases within its bustling Uranium Mining industry.

I will accept, after I take a look at the agreement, but here isn't much military here to help defend you because of a recent war with the Imperial Government. Send it by telegram and I will respond.

The Confederation of The Border Colonies will ally itself and lend its military strength to Uberpenguinland seeing as it shares a place in Tamriel with us and we must live in peace or be consumed by other more aggressive nations.

Only under the condition, however, that Uberpenguinland commences trade of fishy sticks in return for free pizza deliveries from The Border Colonies. Our people have a great liking for fishy sticks, they're a delicacy.

You must also allow the people of The Border Colonies a maximum of one weeks allowed stay in Uberpenguinland per year. Any citizen of The Border Colonies who remains longer must be ejected forcibly and handed over to the proper Confederate authorities.

I accept the Border colonies offer, and apologize for the Fishy Stick eating joke when I first met your leader. I did not know that they were that well liked. We have plenty of Fishy Sticks to share! I am still awaiting the telegram from Forthox's government about the treaty.

Yes, broad-band internet in Tamriel. The Imperial Government has it, but they're hiding it from the populace. How else would they be able to control nearly the entire planet? We are working on a propaganda campaign to reveal this, to first Solstheim, then Morrowind, and finally all of Tamriel! Oh how those drunk guys will revolt when they find otu the Government has extremely quick and easy ways to see naked women!
