The Merchant Marine consists of fleets of ships that import and export goods during peace time, and transport war supplies during war.
After a long period of slacking, the Ridgian Government has finally finsihed building the Merchant Fleet to full capacity. The Ridgian fleet also consists of commercial cruise ships, and maintains its own hospital ships. All ships are lightly armed, except Medical and Cruise ships, though they do have a small armory. All merchant sailors are trained. The Cherry Ridge Merchant Marine (CRMM) is set to become the premier Merchant fleet, of which others will look up to.
*Currently the fleet contains 300 merchant ships consisting of:
100 Container Ships
50 Bulk Carriers
50 Coasters
50 Tankers
30 Super tankers
10 Mercy Class Hopsital Ships
10 Cruise Ships
The CRMM Academy also contains its own mini-fleet of small water crafts.
