The Chancellory of Defense
The Chancellory of Defense is a large building, nothing special. Just a huge red skyscraper with the Rosian flag waving as you go via the front. Surrounded by apartment buildings it looks normal, you can only tell because it says CHANCELLORY OF DEFENSE in huge letters. As you entered there was a nice lobby, a nice looking secratary.
You enter the hallways, random rooms appear. Bureau of Defensive Monetary Affairs, Bureau of Military Criminals, and the like. You keep going back and forth until you see a door that's labeled Top Secret: Top Officials Only. You enter, you see a large staircase going down in a spiral. You keep going, it seems like miles until you end up at a door, it's blank. Two guards hold you and ask for your ID, you comply. As you enter there is a giant big screen T.V. on the wall and on it is a map of Roach-Busters, nothing more. Around it are smaller T.V.s displaying tidbits about the Rosian Armed Forces, the Roachan Armed Forces, and the like.
The room itself had a giant table, sat on by the top Government Officials. Frederick von Hattensberg, Sergei Ilyanov, Wilhem von Sturben, the whole Imperial Council. Plus any and all high ranking miltary men in the Rosian Armed Forces.
Wilhem began the conversation. "As you know, we have decided to join the peace conference in Athens. But, we need a war plan. I understand Admiral Greg Vanderbilt of the 1st Battle Fleet has a plan?"
Greg stood up and cleared his throat. "It's simple. All of these nations have one thing in common..." And so the conversation went. No, you're not finding out my plan.
