In an amazing show of solidarity, the acting governments of The Democratic Republic of USTIO and The Imperial Red Empire of Communist Louisiana have signed the Treaty of Orleans, which legally makes The Democratic Republic of USTIO a commonwealth of Communist Louisiana. Special clauses between the two nations in this include:
1.) The Democratic Republic of USTIO is to set up its own national governmentment with little to no interference by The Imperial Red Empire of Communist Louisiana or other outside forces. This government is to be protected by The Imperial Red Empire of Communist Louisiana.
2.) The Democratic Republic of USTIO is to elect its own governor to represent the nation before The Imperial Red Empire of Communist Louisiana. This position is different from the Premier/President/Prime Minister position in being that the governor position is not head the sovereign government of The Democratic Republic of USTIO.
3.) The Imperial Red Empire of Communist Louisiana is to help economic growth as well as defense in The Democratic Republic of USTIO by helping fund infrastructure programs, and etc. All money given or loaned to The Democratic Republic of USTIO must be spent buying either goods made in
The Imperial Red Empire of Communist Louisiana or from nation in which The Imperial Red Empire of Communist Louisiana approves of.
4.) The Imperial Red Empire of Communist Louisiana shall build 3 military bases within The Democratic Republic of USTIO for use by The Imperial Red Empire's Red Army, Red Navy, or Crimson Airforce. Also allowed on this base will be any number of short range ballistic missiles, medium range ballistic missiles, and intercontinental ballistic missiles and there launching systems.
5.) All territory claimed by The Democratic Republic of USTIO has become apart of the territory claimed by The Imperial Red Empire of Communist Louisiana. All future land claims in the by The Democratic Republic of USTIO are also to be claimed and protected by The Imperial Red Empire of Communist Louisiana.
6.) All ports controlled by The Imperial Red Empire of Communist Louisiana shall be open for complete use by Ratheian Naval Vessels both commercial and militaristic and vise versa with the permission of The Imperial Red Empire of Communist Louisiana.
7.) The The Imperial Red Empire of Communist Louisiana currency is to become the secondary to the Louisianaian. (Currency of Communist Louisiana)
Also, all companies in The Imperial Red Empire of Communist Louisiana's stock exchange (Workers Index) shall be openly traded in The Democratic Republic of USTIO and vise versa.
8.) All USTIO citizens will recognized also as citizens of The Imperial Red Empire of Communist Louisiana. They will as have standard Dull Citizenship. However, USTIO citizens will not be able to take part in the national elections of The Imperial Red Empire of Communist Louisiana.
9.) Any attacks against The Democratic Republic of USTIO will be seen as an attack on the motherland of The Imperial Red Empire of Communist Louisiana and will be dealt with in the same mannor.
