Greetings,
I am President John Macoonzie, leader of the Democratic Republic of Rheins Bow. We have recently been requesting diplomatic relations with other nations, however, we are now officially opening diplomatic relations with all nations.
If you are interested in having an embassy with us, please let us know whom you've chosen as your Ambassador, give the location of our embassy within your nation. Our embassies have standard accomedations which includes: Accomedations for the Ambassador, Embassy Staff, and Barracks for no more than 50 to 60 armed guards, garages for vehicle storage (no tanks permitted), and 3 helipads for helicopters.
Also, nations may choose the following to add to their diplomatic relations with us:
Alliance - Your Ambassador would serve as the voice of your nation during international incidents. In times of war, your nation would support ours 100% by assisting in attacks on our enemies, and defending our borders. Diplomatic Immunity is guaranteed.
Non-agression Pact - Your Ambassador would serve as the voice of interest for your nation. Your nation would remain neutral in situations involving the Democratic Republic of Rheins Bow, as would we remain neutral in situations involving your nation. Diplomatic Immunity is guaranteed.
Trade Alliance - Your Ambassador would oversee trade negotiations with us. You would not be expected nor required to come to our aid in war time, nor would we expect you to remain neutral. Likewise is said of our nation. Diplomatic Immunity is optional.
As we are still a small nation, we cannot offer space for military bases. That right is currently reserved to the South Pacific UN Delegate - The Rootinest, Tootinest Shindig of Caer Rialis. However, in the future, if we become large enough, we may open this up to other nations as well.
When you apply for diplomatic relations please include the following:
Full Name of your Nation
Name of Ambassador
Location of our Embassy in your nation
Form of Diplomatic Relation (choose from 1 of the 3 types above)
