The Empire of the Humankind Abh had set up an orbiting tower over the planet of Safugnoff for the purpose of diplomatic negotiations. Count Jinto and Princess Lafiel of the royal family were acting as ambassadors with a fleet in attendance commanded by Admiral Spoor.

A message had been sent to The Dimensonal Grand Republic of Gaian Ascendancy to discuss a possible alliance along with other nations. The two representatives were waiting for an answer.

The local populace of the Republic Capital world, a reflection of much of the rest of the Ascendancy Sphere, was trying their best to find diversions from the knowledge they were at war with another nation.

The Council remaining as well, as Lord Keiichi and Lady Belldandy did their best with help from the noncommitted Council members, Lady Seto prominent among them, to run their huge realm while their leaders were at the very front line of battle.

So far they had learned that Aleaic and hid wives, and all the rest of the Council and related family, had been heavily engaged, but were still quite alive and frisky at that.

They took that in stride and did their best to soothe a nervous populace.

Then came word of the possibility of an alliance. Signals were recived from The Humankind Ahb Empire, and despite their considered standing with the Dominion, was seen as a great oppritunity.

Lady Funaho and Lady Seto soon enter the Council Chamber where Lord Keiichi is tearing his hair out with trying to do the jobs of three other Council Advisors at once..

...he was having fun. =^^=

"Your acting potentate, if yiou have the time."

Keiichi looks up and throws a data Padd across the Council table with disgust. "Please, all the time you can swamp me with."

Funaho giggles and comes up, handing another Padd to him. He reads it with a growing brow furl of suprise. "Dear Goddess........"

Seto jumps in with... "If you don't mind, I will take the fore with this one."

Keiichi hops out of the First Throne seat, and kneels before Seto and Funaho, hugging her at the waistline. "Oh do please do that for me! I can't handle this for much longer! Oh pleasepleasepleaseplease..." and on and on...

Seto just rolls her eyes as Funaho tries very hard to not laugh out loud.

Just then, Peorth and Skuld come in, and see..

..and stop COLD... "KEIICHI YOU PERVERT!!!!!!!" Skuld ALL too automatically reacts, which to Keiichi loses all feeling in his body.

Funaho loses it, as Seto tries to pry away from the stone dead in place acting Council Lord. Peorth just eggs it on by calling out to Belldandy, as Skuld looks for an Angel God Key Staff to hit Keiichi with.

Keiichi just prays to Lady Creation that Aleaic returns back to the Homeworld very soon.

In a reply message, after a few hours of learning the Ahb protocols, send the following message.


:: ~ In an effort to process this first contact in a manner, proper to decorum for both our civilizations, we the Gaians will send one Gaian WarShip, with our Foreign Advisors and our Cultural Advisor, in an attempt to expand upon this alliance possibility.

Almost as soon as this message was sent, the Gaian Foreign advisory began to scramble to be ready. They would leave within one day, Local System time, for the Safugnoff System.

It was again an exciting time, and definitely a diversion from the war.

(OOC: Yes I'm sorry. This is open to anyone that wants an alliance with my nation or have dealings with Gaian)

Lafiel recieved the transmission and made preparations for the ambassador's arrival. Marines were brought in to guard over preceedings. Jinto contacted Admiral Spoor to let her know of the impending arrival of a foreign ship.

A circular table was set up in a conference room. Two chairs were placed in close proximity of each other for Jinto and Lafiel. Papers were passed around concerning the Empire's foreign policy, trade agreements and such.

*24.3 Hours later*

The Texas Class WarShip, Battleship Class Electrum Coyote was readied, with a small contingent of Angel God guards, and a large host of Gaian aides to help with the diplomatic functionaries.

But the main tasks fell to Lady Seto and Lady Peorth. And they looked over once more the Gaian protocols and their own policies, alliances, agreements, and even star maps, among other things, giftwise, to bring to the negotiation table.

They were standing upon the Electrum Coyote's Command Deck. The two ready to hopefully make another diplomatic miracle. Such had brought Neo Zeta amid their friendship, and then after that, the Inner Sphere, Ancient Alliance Sphere, and a growing number of smaller races and civilizations in is growing 'empire' of Galaxy Colonies.

They looked out over the advanced, technological majesty that was the Gaian Homeworld. "Let's hope things will be well when we return." Lady Peorth put in a dour tone, actually worried for some reason.

Seto just calmed her. "It'll be here when we get back." ..Peorth only sighed.

Lady Belldandy then came up, dressed as finely as her peers before her. "All is in preparedness."

Seto nods, and then gives the order to the crew. "Prepare to Fold Jump."

The crew of the battleship jumped to action, and upon the word of their Star Captain, announced their departure, and then Fold Jumped to the Safugnoff System.

Literally moments later, a bright dot appears about 100,000 standard kilometers away from the Orbital Tower, over Safugnoff. The bright dot becomes a brighter horizonal line, and from that, it expands to become the Gaian WarShip.

..only one vessel, and alone.

Seconds later, a transmission is sent on all frequencies and translation circuits.

..the Gaian vessel maintained position.

Marius and his men were on a captured Imperial Guardian (Largest and most powerful Deatharon warship) The good General Krell volunteered to captain the ship back to Gaian space. The problem was the wormhole generator was still slightly damaged in the fight to take the ship. Marius orders , "set course to the Gaian homeworld." Krell responds, "I would not recomend that." "Just do it" replys Marius. The wormhole opens and the ship head staight towards the The Humankind Abh territory.

Wormhole ends and the ship exits in the at the edge of the Safugnoff system.

"WHY ARE WE HERE!!", yells Marius, Krell replys, "I tried to warn you sir the wormhole generator was broken." Marius walks off the bridge angry and ranting. the ship hails the planet

We are part of the liberated Deatharon systems, are wormhole generator was broken and are ever so wise leader decided to make a jump. does any one have the ability to fix a wormhole generator?

While waiting for the Ahb to respond, the Gaian techs aboard the Electrum Coyote responded back. ":: To a degree, though we need to know how extensive is the damage to your systems? ::"

Lady Seto meanwhile was looking out a viewport at the damaged Imperial Guardian WarShip. She whistles. "So 'that's' what the war we are supposedly winning looks like."

Belldandy takes a look, then stampers away to a far corner, trying very hard not to blame herself for this end result being witnessed.

After all, it was her and Keiichi that had heard Lord Marius's words and had implored the words along with, that led to the war to liberate Deatharon. She was feeling 'no' small amount of horrid guilt as a result.

Peorth finally came up and said. "if you must blame yourself, lay some of that upon us all. We 'all' agreed to liberate Deatharon."

Belldandy though eked out. "I still feel awful."

Peorth then quips. "Good, then you can help me empty some bottles of sake later."

Seto though retorts from afar. "Business first please."

A red ship stood out in the midst of the fleet as Admiral Spoor's flagship, the Latchkuo, as the communication was radioed to her Chief of Staff.
Cufadiss: "Message from incoming ship Admiral." He relayed the message to her screen.
Spoor: :"Send a message telling there ship to approach with in 1000 kilometers of the orbiting tower and to have their ambassador sent out in a shuttle. Tell them that he may dock at bay 23. An armed escort will be there to greet them and guide them to the conference so they should be not alarmed."
Cufadiss:"Yes ma'am. Sending message."
Spoor: "Also let the princess know the ambassadors are here."

Alert status comes on as the other ship is detected.
Cufadiss:"We've detected an unknown ship in our sector. Hold on a minute. They are requesting aide. They say that there ship is damaged and need assistance repairing some sort of warp drive."

Spoor sighs: "Inform them that they are to head to the other side of the planet where there is a dock for them to repair their ship. 5 Guardships will accompany them to the dock. Cufadiss also send out a request for all possible technological data they may need and have it sent to our repair crews."

Cufadiss: "Yes ma'am" sends communicatio out to incoming ship

Spoor: "And turn the blasted sirens off. Kill the alert status"

The Gaian comm-techs recieved their instructions and followed them to the letter. They moved their WarShip to one thousand kilometers from the Orbital Tower, holding station keeping upon reaching, and then saw that the Ladies Councilors were escorted to their waiting shuttle.

A Lambada Class shuttle was their escort, as was the normal escort of three Wing Angel Custom-IIC Mobile Suits. The shuttle announced it's departure and with it's escort, ran the remaining distance like so, up to 950 kilometers run.

At 975 in total distance, the Mobile Suits were waved off, and then three fell back a distance, and then short Fold Jumped back to the Electrum Coyote, rather than fly the same distance back.

The shuttle ran the last few kilometers into Docking Bay 23, and landed there without incident. The shuttle lands with it's lower tri-foil wings swept upwards in a landing position. The gleaming white shuttle bore the insignias of the Gaian National Flag, the Holy Seal of the Hikrai Trees, and the emblem of the CAG ilCommand Tourman.

A bit much, but all bases covered. =^^=

Within moments, the lower ramp lowered and two Angel God infantry souls walked down and held parade rest while the three ladies descended the same ramp.

Seto looked around as did the other two and quipped. "Oz anyone?" Peorth held back a ill form giggle, and Belldandy just glanced left and right at the new scenery.

They saw the guard waiting for them, and acknowledged them by walking towards them, all three carrying a single medium box shaped case with tons of slots and such all about. All the data Padds and holoprojectors were encased in this 'diplomatic suitcase' of sorts.

They also came prepared. =^^=

The guards brought the ambassadors through a long and unimpressive hall out of the docks and to the conference room where Jinto and Lafiel waited for them. The guards broke off and allowed for them to enter. After seeing them to the table, two guards went to each exit while the rest went outside to wait in the hall.

Jinto and Lafiel both stood to greet the ambassadors. "Welcome to Safugnoff. I trust your journey was a safe one. I am Count Jinto of the Hyde system and this Princess Lafiel of the Debruce Royal Family. We hope these preceeding are fruitful and can form an alliance with your nation. In front of you are papers on trade policy, border agreements, and military issues. We will trade with you just about anything except for a select few military secrets with regards to military technology."

Lafiel: "Are there any pressing matters you would like to bring to our attention before we really begin?"

Lady Seto was the first to bow, and then inform. "We are honored to be here. I am Lady Seto Kamiki, Prime Foreign Minister of the Gaian Ascendancy. beside me to my left is my second Foreign Advisor on the Holy Council, Lady Peorth Morisato, and to my right, The Cultural Advisor of the Council, Lady Belldandy Morisato.

..thank you again for having us."

She then noded to Lady Peorth, who then offered forth the slotted block device she was carrying. Peorth puts in.. "This is our entire database, including our forces, worlds influenced and owned, and our entire technological base.

If there's a question you have about us, this will answer them. The devoce is voice activated, and has a series of data Padds, and a several holo and vidscreen projectors to help aid in dissemination of information.

We also have our proposals for the possibility of the alliance, but do not expect there to be an immediate nod to this, as we expect there will be a need for a little time to assimilate information from both sides."

Lady Seto adds.. "What we are looking for mainly, is an economic and cultural alliance. Military needs are not our objective here, no where near as important to pure and simple knowledge and understanding. We 'do' hope you will find us a trustworthy race, even if recent actions on our part paint us as far less."

Seto stopped, and then asked. "As for any pressing matter, we have to ask to get this bit out of the way. What is your official stance regarding the Dominion? That is all we are truly worried about in that regard, and nothing more."

Belldandy puts in.. "And more, if you can tell us basically what your civilization is like, so in that we can give our version and understanding as well."

Just before Seto adds in more, a comm beep comes from her info-cube, the ephumestic term for the devices they brought. A holo-projection of the Electrum Coyote Star Captain comes across, and Seto acknowledges.. "Yes Captain?"

":: My Lady, we just recieved word from HPG stations.

...the Deatharon Empire has tentatively surrendered and has stopped firing on our troops. His Excellency has also ordered a cease fire, while a challenge by the Deatharon Emperor is met.

..my Lady, I think we've won. ::"

..Seto blinks several times with a wide eyed face of shock, her companions no less. When the transmission ends, the three suddenly and 'quite' openly, rather than cheer or any such, sigh such a breath of relief, that it seems an entire Age of time has been dropped from their shoulders.

..and one big fat look of relief is on their faces. Peorth comments the moment with... "Man, I think I need that belt now." ..the other two just nod.

The Imperial Guardian slowly lumbered towards the planet.

Marius replies to the abh, "This ship will take a while to get to the location, these types of ships were not meant for speed and relies on the broken generator for the majority of its speed."

General Krell adds, "should we arm the weapons and shields?" Marius replies,"The Gaians are here this means we probably do not have to worry."
Krell dose not look satisfied with the answer and replies, "I think we should at least activate the shields." Marius agrees, "Very well I trust your judgement."

The Nauderia shields raise as the ship approaches.

The Electrum Coyote took note that the Imperial Guardian's shields were raised, but their weapon ports were closed. The Star Captain sent out a simple reply in open comm to impress the Gaian stance amid Abh space.


~ :: About the only thing that wll open our weapon ports, is a malfunction with a power grid junction. Be at ease Deatharon warship, we are not here for war. ~ ::

Lafiel took the gift and set aside to keep it out of the way. "We appreciate the gift and it will be sent to our capital so intelligence can gather all information they deem important. I assure you this will be a great asset in guiding our alliance and will help us to understand your culture better. We are pleased that you have agreed to this conference for an alliance."

Jinto: "In answer to your question about the Dominion. We really don't know much about them. I believe you are familiar with Neo Zeta. That is currently one of our allies and we do send them supplies and such. In order for you to better understand our civilization, I think it would be best if someone from the royal family explained it all to you."

Lafiel: "It would be easier for me if you could tell me what you would like to know specifically but I can tell you a few things. The Abh live in city in orbit around a star and it's our capital, Lakfakalla. We do have habital planets in our empire where landers live or those that don't desire to live in space."

Jinto: "If I might interrupt here, the Empire is not composed completely of Abh. The Abh for the most part look like the Princess here though only these tell-tale ears belong to the royal family. Laws were passed to allow any human to become an Abh if they so desired an allowed them to serve in the fleet. Please continue Lafiel"

Lafiel: "Our government controls all trade in our empire to prevent dispute between planets. All merchants have to go through a government for a ship and crew and must recieve a permit. Anything else you would like to know I would ask that you be more specific if you please."

5 guardships drop engine output to 0.8 to keep pace with the crippled ship as they escort it to the docking area.

Marius replies to the Gaians, "Sorry, General Krell felt insecure so he demanded we raise shields. That what you get when an Imperial General captains a warship."

The ship keeps moving at a slow pace.

Seto nodded to the summaries given. "We asked about the doinion, because your civilization's apparent agreement to an apparent alliance alarmed us. More because the Ascendants informed us that your civilization would make a very special ally, to grow with as time passes, as we were told in words."

Seto then asks Peorth to give a summary about the Gaian Ascendancy. From it's beginnings due to their leader, Aleaic Kerensky being literally forced into becoming an agent of the Powers, the guardians throughout the far expansive and mostly unknown dimensions and various realities. The act was done to replace his 'ancient' Grandfather, who had been the previous Power of this Dimensional Sector, for over a billion years, and far more in time due to the act of Aleaic's own Father refusing the responsibility of being the successor, fleeing to the Prime Planes and a version of Terra a few centuries later, meeting up with Aleaic's Mother Jeain in a High School Center that Aleaic and his loves Tsunami and later Arashi, would one day also attend.

When Aleaic was forced to take his Father, Terrai's place as the Power, he was given access to the works upon the Star System White Diamond/Sapphire. These and numerous numbers made by the ancient Avian Lord civilization called literally, the Ascendants. For twenty years the Gaians, with Aleaic surrounded by his closest family and friend, literally throwing their support, wisdom, and energy into leading a small number of Gaians to that Homeworld, and there, for twenty years, slowly built up the first foundation of the Republic.

During that time, they grew to understand their newfound technology, as well as the suprising ease of reverse engineering it into further wonders. Slowly the Gaians grew to cover their world over the first years. They also encountered their first contact with the Angelics, actual angels that approached the new inhabitants of the former Homeworld of the Avian Lords, and there created the first Pact, an agreement that allowed the angels to help assist the Gaians, in exchange for one day helping the Angelics in their ancient wars against the Infernals. That day was no where near just yet.

The Gaians then expanded on another new technology: Limited Genetic Engineering, and retroactive therapies. In the need for a larger population, morals were set aside from the old world, and then replaced with others, at the same time that the Angelic souls were begun to be infused in genetic constructs called Angel Gods. (..the far more friendly version of the Demon God archetype.) They also established the Clan Warfare system, and begun constructing their inital OmniMech forces, as well as the tactics to defend their world with.

These and other acts slowly helped the Gaians to master their technology base, by the time they were large enough to Reveal themselves in their local calander year of 3190, to the stars at large.

For the next several decades, the Gaians explored and expanded their domain to first include 18 Star Systems, then later to 80 plus, and to a final local total of 312. There, the base was set, and several stages were set in place.

They came across the Neo Zetans while they tested an Ion Cannon array, came across the actual Ascendants upon a Dysan Sphere they still actually existed upon, what with having been ascended for over a billion years. (..interesting coincidence.) ...there they tested the Gaians and Aleaic personally, threatening their entire world, and ejection from the stars altogether if they had failed, even going so far as to teleport the entire Homeworld to the Dysan Sphere to 'gain their attention'.

However the Gaians passed this test, and the Ascendants 'actively' began to return to the Prime Planes from ascendance, and then helped race forward Gaian understanding of numerous facets of technology, knowledge, the stars, and more. The Gaians also came across the Kriovalans, Xenonier, helped the Woodians from a seperate Terra version to become a new race among the stars, and also established their diplomatic prowess by avoiding a couple of wars in this way. However the real tests had only begun..

..the Gaians were forced into a spiritual war of sorts, where the ancient Zetan spirits called the Dark Wave, targeted both the Zetan and Gaian leaderships. During this, several Gaian Council Advisors, including Aleaic's own wife Tsunami, were put into dark comas. But Aleaic at the same time, was forced to face his worst fears and doubts about his heratige as a Power, and with the 'assistance' of the actual Goddess, Lady Creation, in opening up to Aleaic, and later on his family and friends, and then far more, to the Power of the Hikari. Hence they became the Partnerships with the Trees of Light, and the weilders of the Angelhawk. This allowed them to not only stop Skeith, the inital foe of the Dark Wave, but later the agents of the Wave itself, where Aleaic called upon the Powers Landsdrad to sever the Dark Wave of it's own power.

Then came the Dominion, and despite a Gaian sponsored Trade Conference, the Dominion pursued a hostile bent towards the Gaians, made worse when Nova Zeta invaded Neo Zeta, right in the backyard of the Ascendancy Republic Core Worlds. And then on top of that, the Gaians discovered the Deatharon people were under a horrid oppression by their own leaders, so much that Lord Marius requested their aid to liberate the Deatharon souls from this oppression. Hence the Gaian-Deatharon War still raging.

But the Gaians and the Four Nations Alliance grew even further than this. With the help of the Fold Drive, Zero-Point Fusion Cores, and other farreaching technologies, the Gaians began to explore and colonize within Galaxies outside the Core Milky Way Galaxy.

This has resulted in alliances with the Inner Sphere in the Talos Galaxy, and the Ancient Alliances Sphere in the Aphotic Galaxy, among other events. The consequence has been the increased influence of the Ascendancy over 3,000 plus Star Systems, and even futher numbers of races and civilizations to contact. Their responsibilities has grown as well, and events like this very meeting with the Abh continues to create further steps along this road, one the Gaians 'know' they cannot travel alone.

The Gaians center their society upon five tenents: Family, Honor, Knowledge, Strength, and Justice. Their core beliefs are placed as a foundation, upon where no citizen soul of any race within the Ascendancy Sphere, wants for not. All resources are extensive, and added technological efficency continues to imporve the quality of life for Gaian and Alliance races everywhere within the Ascendancy reach. With needs and greed removed from Gaian morality, they then proceed to expand their knowledge in ever concievable concept, making an entire society as like one major think tank.

As a further result, the Gaian military is very powerful, trust is tatamount in the very air, pride is tempered with wisdom and knowledge, and culture and education is prolific and extensive. They also are very open and give even their most secret technologies without hesitation, where trust is to be garnered. After all, it takes more than just tech to win wars, and sway souls.

The Deatharon War also is a turning point in Gaian history, as they hope to establish themselves as a literal harbor of the honor and compassion minded, with the willingness to use force to free sunjugated souls, where asked for such, not where they 'think' it is needed. The Gaians therefore choose their campaings now with care and wisdom, and 'only' when asked for. They however also temper this with their developing Honor Code, a blood word as deep as their very bloodnames.

This is the form mold of the Guardianship, a growing force that will one day hope to protect the vast expanses of the universe, from the darkness not even mortal minds can easily concieve of. Of what at the Ascendants have told of the far 'more' horrid dangers existing outside the cosmos, and within other Dimensional Realities, that may indeed one day require this kind of force to help protect the realities.

Even with the thought of wars spanning entire Local Galactic Groups, and hundreds, maybe thousands of galaxies, may become a norm once more, such as more the Ascendants once endures ages ago. The likes of the Dominion and other 'grand' powers are piddily to even 'larger' concerns.

Thus, the Gaians 'readily' agreed to contribute to this alliance. The first grains of sand, to create the grand mountain of friendship and trust, even out of current enemies, all in one day to protect the Balance at it's darkest hour.

Hence the still unsaid prophecy in a locked Ascendant Word of Stone still in the Ascendant Planes, is hinted at. Everything is directed to the true war of the unimagined future.

"...and that is why we have come. You look for an alliance, and we can offer trade, without impuned impositions or strings attached. We simply come to make friends, and come to simply learn from you.

We asked about the Dominion, to know how extensive your current relationship is. One day, even if we go to war, we both will also become friends. Such is not an impossiblity, where time is the master of concern." ..Lady Peorth, having been assisted in the story by Lady Belldandy, finally finish for now.

Seto then puts forth. "We will 'not' tell you how to run your goverment. We reserve that for worlds and nations that 'ask' for our help in liberating them. Those that don't, so in as long as sovereingty is not violated, will not recieve our wrath, such as we would prefer to 'not' use often in the first place.

But we have shown our teeth, so that that line is drawn. Now we can proceed with more peaceful measures, with more respect from our peers among the stars.

..you my friends, are part of that peership we still look up to. From word of the Ascendants, you are legend to us, as much as the Inner Sphere and the Clans were legend to our Excellency. We cannot treat such, with anything less than reverence."

Seto stops, takes a breath and recollect her toughts.

"We are prepared to allow your people to pass through our territories freely, and to learn our ways, to gain our perspective first hand. This also include direct free trade and cultural exchange. You will find our people 'very' welcoming and open, as discrimination was burned from our society from the very time of Founding.

And such, this and more proposed is within the info-cubes for your dissimination. And do take time, we have plenty." Seto puts with an off key smile.

With that, Belldandy asks. "What is the culture of your people like?"

Peorth.. "..and the basic make up of your military, verses our own."

Seto... "..and what wine would you toast this occasion with?"

The Imperial Guardian finally docks. The First people out are Krell's personal bodyguards. The Ogres (Mutants) six giant and musclar men (7ft tall) come out Armored with Chronos armor and armed with Plasma rifles they take positions and guard the entrance to the ship till Krell gives the orders to let any one thorugh. Marius walks out uniformed as a colonel in the Imperial Guard and Krell is still inside.

Jinto and Lafiel were both a bit shocked at the story they had just heard from these three ambassadors. They both stood and gave a curtious bow.
Jinto: "You honor us with your words."

They both sat back down and Jinto took it upon himself to answer there first question. "As Terran who was made an Abh by law, I think I could best tell you the culture of our people. For the most part, prejudice does not exist in our society either. Though I think it fair to warn you, revenge in society is ruthlessly pursued. Our military was not what it is today so fear was the only way to keep our people safe as they traveled the universe. But on a lighter note, your people would be welcome to come and go as they please through planets and our capital city. We do have laws that say that foreign warships, be they allied or not, are not allowed within a 50,000 kilometers of our city without special permission. You are free to trade whatever you desire within our empire. Abh art may be a bit difficult for you to experience but we do halographic art displays for viewing and many can be sent with if you so desire. You won't find many Abhs on any of the planets in the empire but with each planet there is at least an orbitting community and there you can find many races intermingled. We really are an open society to all people. With that being said, I think it would be appropriate for commander of the Basroil, her highness here, to answer your question regarding our military."

Lafiel: "Well all of our military secrets cannot be given out due to security reasons. There are nations after all, that are not friendly with us. I can tell you that our ships move through what we call, Space Time. We use an energy source called Sord Raiza to travel between our star systems. I suppose they would an equivalent to your jump points. Our military consists of mostly naval forces which includes several million ships. Every ship is piloted by an Abh because of their extra-sensory organ. Marine forces are typically made up of Terran though all battleships do have have the capability to arm their men for a ground battle. Is a requirement for all to go through basic military training which is the equivalent of a marine's training. More military information can be later provided to you with the permission of our Empress after we see how well this conference goes. It may very well be that you recieve the documents to our entire naval yard."

Jinto can't help but laugh, "As far as the wine, we can have anything you would like so long as it is known to us."

IC: A Neo Zetan Reman Warbird Decloaked with 23 new typ mobile suits.Shields were up and weapons armed but not locked. The Ambassador was Lord Scar os Ishbal. Neo Zeta sent him to try get the abh to drop out of the dominion axis and if that failed well they hoped it wouldnt.

He brought a gift however it was more bloody then would be expected.

To the Abh we are sorry for being late but we are in a war with your allies right now so we are very busy. We come to talk with you and we bring a gift aswell

Seto responds to Lady Lafiel concerning the military information. "Again, our entire Tourman and Fleet assets are indicated in the info-cubes. Our only concern is simply location of those assets, not any of their secrets.

In return for your IFF locator codes, we'll provide all of ours, to show that any vessel of ours that enters your space will be immediately identified. As you know, enemies try to slip in and falsify as another race, in attempts to blackmail and blemish their names, in the act of breaking apart trust and honor.

We only wish to prevent this from happening, by asking and offering these IFFs."

Lady Belldandy meanwhile adds. "I would very much like to experience some of these holographic art works before we depart. We can then offer samples of our art, and poetry."

Peorth then asks. "..a Chardonay would be nice."

Then a comm beep from the Electrum Coyote and then information of the Reman Warbird. Seto keys back with a harsh tone. "Do please inform them to act civil here. Their honor is far more tested here than it was back at Mrakkia-M...

...if they would please." Seto then SMACKS her comm unit off, and looks back at her hosts. "Sorry, but I'm a bit miffed at the Neo Zetans at the moment."

After a scan of the area and seeing no armed ships the Reman Warbird powered down its weapons and awaited a response.

Meanwhile a Dominion Light Cruiser came out of warp they knew this would be a good time to try to defuse the current inceadent from becomeing war. Partly do to the fact they are busy with The Orion Union, Partly do to they arnt ready for a full invasion too. And Lastly they want to finnish two new projects.

They send a message

We are the Dominion ship Hell Fury. We come with no ill intent.

Spoor recieved the transmission from the newly arrived warships from her Chief of Staff Cufadiss.

Cufadiss: "It seems that things may start to get interesting around here. What are your orders?"
Spoor sighed: "Order all ships to arm electromagnetic rifles and I want shields up. If this turns nasty I want it quickly difused. Give the order to fire at any ship that proves aggressive."
Cufadiss: "But ma'am won't that seem a bit hostile?"
Spoor: "Relax Chief just carry out your orders. Send this link to both ships. 'Both ships are to keep their distance from each other. The first ship that makes a move for the other will be fired upon. The ship from Neo Zeta shall send their ambassador first since they arrived first. After I have received the report that the ambassador has been escorted to the conference hall, I will then allow the ambassador from the Dominion to then depart for the meeting. They are to take no guards with them. I repeat. They are to bring no guards with them to the council. An armed escort will be provided for them and that will suffice.' Did you get it all Chief?"
Cufadiss: "Yes ma'am" punches in message to both ships.

Lafiel: "Your concern is well noted and our identification codes for all of our ships will be provided to you. Your IFF indicator codes will be programmed into our ships so as not to be confused with any potential blackmail attempts. I assure you that none of our warships are in your area. For the most part they stay in our empire and donot venture unless asked to. They have a few patrol duties that make up a coalition force but that is it."

Jinto: "As far as our artwork goes, we can send some samples back with you. Some of my personal favorites are landscapes of majestic mountain ranges and scenes of great forests. And I'll have a bottle brought right in." Taps on his cluyuno, "Please send a bottle of Chardonay to the conference hall please."

Scar departed and arrived shortly after. He went straight to the conference hall.

Scar was a impressive sight he stood 6'6 and looked like the old roman gods. He was also a skilled alchemist. But one thing he couldnt stand is none belivers and those who are created by none naturle means. This would be a intresting talk.

He bowed and introduced him self.

" I am Lord Scar of The House of Ishbal. Leader of the Ishbal Defence force. I come in peace for now and offer a gift."

He held up a sword. It was a Nova Zeta Sword.. It was Prince Oda's recovered from what was left of him and his ship after its destruction.

"It was from your allie we would like to give it to you as a show of good will."

It still had blood from prince oda on it. The Message was clear. The Dominion Axis was Neo Zetas enemy and anyone who sides with them is a enemy too.

OOC: Scar and Neo Zeta will become much nicer later on. But right now understand Scars homeworld was leveled by Nova Zeta forces and Neo Zeta is still at war with Nova Zeta.

Prior to the Zetan's arrival, the terrifying news that the Dominion had attacked, and managed to damage the planet, as well as killed over a quarter of a million Gaian souls of The Four Races, drained the three Gaian ambassadors white...

..they learned the Holy Palace Tree was safe, as was the Council members they left behind. That was small consolation to the devestation they and their hosts heard in detail of, at the same time.

Therefore, when Lord Scar entered, Seto held her tounge, as did her equals, and allowed the Zetan to display his bravado. However as soon as he was done doing this. "HAVE YOU NO WITS ZETAN!?!?! YOUR BREACH OF HONOR GOT A QUARTER OF OUR PEOPLE KILLED!!!

Your hatred needs to be honed with far more honor and respect to the Dominion, when they offer a cease fire!"

Seto almost gags, but then finally settles, takes a drink of water provided, and then said more calmly. "Nova Zeta, may 'not' be necessarily the way of the entire Dominion. As allies, we 'expect' your acts to have more consideration of the after effects to other allies. When an offer of cease fire is offered, TAKE IT! Let THEM be the ones to breach honor, not YOU!!" Seto says with a HARD slap of the meeting table.

Seto however looks at Jinto and Lafiel and professes.. "My appologies for my outburst and behavior, but my words needed to be said." ..she finally ends, looking away and trying 'hard' tp calm herself down.

She knew several friends of her were in the area that was razed by the ADD. She was also trying with further difficulty to not cry openly. That was for later, and alone........

Marius replies, "The generators are a Deatharon secert we can't just let any outsiders in one of our best ships and learn are secerts but if you could kindly give us the materials we require we will gladly pay for it through currency of your choice. such as trade of technology or materials."

Scar looks confused.

" We have not engaged any Dominion ships. And no order was given to attack a dominion ship."

Seto angrily slaps up a data Padd from her info-cube, hits a series of commands, and then hands the Padd, almost shoving it into Lord Scar's hands.

"Then look at this report of chonological events that eventually led to a massive Dominion attack, that ended up killing 250,000 our our PEOPLE!!!"

Seto the shut her trap, and waited for the data to sink in.

Scar looked at the pad for a few moments " Yes that ship is ours NZ 321 B. The Maha. Under the command of Sensui and Blue Cosmos. They act above me and most goverment members. if you wish to ask why they were there and why they did it either ask them or Emperor Jayce."

Seto just finishes with.. "I'll let my Excellency ask your Emperor directly about that, once he returns from Deatharon." ..and at that, Seto turns away somewhat coldly and sits back down between her two peers.

Scar just says " Sensui is someone not to be taken lightly. With his support Hiei came to power and with out it Hiei fell."

A wormhole opens and three Imperial BattleCruisers exit out and cloak when entering the system.

We have received word that the other ambassador has made it to the confernce. You will be escorted by marines when you arrive."

Samson: "That's fine. Just give us a list of all supplies you need it will be here shortly. You won't have to worry about payment. This will be a gesture of hospitality. Just worry about fixing your ship."

Marius replies," we require a Naqata generator and a Nauderia adaptater this will be sufficent to repair essenital parts like the Wormhole Generator and the weapon systems."

The Imperial Guardian detects the cloaked Imperial Battlecruisers as they enter the system. Krell hails, "What is your mission in this area?" The Lead Battlercruiser respond with a hail, "We are part of the Empire our orders are to find missing Deatharon ships to help engage the Gaians that have broken the cease fire between us." Krell looks at his men like this can only end in violence.

Scar nods. " Understand also we do not trust so easy and we will distrust you untell you prove other wise to me atleast."

The Dominion sent Drake to the talks. He was a Fargone. They were a race created by the dominion for goverment and diplomatic jobs.

he beamed down to the docks then went to the hall.

Drake slowly walked into the hall and bowed.

The Battlecruiser is ordering General Krell to identify himself. General Krell realizes stalling will be a bad move and hopes the shields hold should these guys get aggressive. General Krell saids, "I am Commodore Rashin Alcore" The Battlecruiser demands a D.N.A. scan and family number code. General Krell realizes it will be a fight he sends a red alert through out the ship. The Battle cruisers decloak and raise Nauderia shields it seems there is going to be a fight. The Imperial Battlecruiser aim all weapons on the Guardian and have the Point singularity cannons on the Gaian ship should they interfer.

Lafiel: "Then I would suggest that you leave if you do not trust us. Having an alliance without trust would be pointless. If you are serious about having an alliance then stay and be seated instead of waisting our time."

Jinto turned to the newly arrived ambassador. "Good day. Please announce yourself."

Spoor: "I want all hands to go to battlestations. Send word to the fleet and tell them to be ready for a battle. Chief, hail the newly arrived ships and send this message. 'Identify yourselves. You have entered space of the Humankind Abh and we request that you state your business here. We are prepared to fight should you prove confrontational.' Got it all chief?"

Cufadiss: "Yes ma'am. Sending message now."

Scar nods and takes his seat

OCC: Short post do to homework

The lead ship hails back, "we humbly beg your peoples forgiveness but we were searching the Wormhole trails looking for a sisters ship of the Empire of Deatharon as you can see we have find one. The problem is the person hailing back to us refuses to properly identify himself and thus seems to be an outsider taking an Imperial vessel, this can not be allowed and will not be tolerated. Those class of ship hold the best weapons and secerts of the Empire."

The ships unleash a long range distress call.

In the middle of all this fracus, Seto, Peorth and Bell just look at each other rather blandly.

"Are you sick of all this as I am?" Peorth stabs in. Seto nods.. "Anymore such, and I'd need a stomach pump."

Seto then stands again, and says.. "Forgive us Milady and Milord for our combined act." ..said just as all three Gaian Council Ambassadors suddenly display glowing forehead sigils.. Bell with a slender diamond, Peorth with a wide diamond, and Seto with three dots in a pyramid pattern.

All three then concentrate, and simply do one act.

They 'teleport' the captians of the Deatharon vessels, to another section of the meeting place, opposite from everyone. They then simply stop, and 'cool down' as in the case of using such a power in a triad like this..

..one of those limiter things with the Partnerships with the Power of Hikari. A lot of oblique rules that would be a topic all it's own. Not to mention it's a ultra secret within the Hikari Family Powers, about the 'only' one such, another long story...

..but the effect is enough, as Seto says somewhat calmly and level. "~ Unless you wish to conduct battle without being present, I'd say you'd be better off telling your vessels to hold fire, you're already outnumbered like..

..what... 1000 to 1? I'd hold up myself, if I were that insane."

Seto then pegs.. "...good thing I'm not, my husband would think less of me."

Somewhere on White Diamond/Sapphire, Tsutsumi sneezes...

The Lead captain stands up and retorts, "Surrender the Imperial Guardian and the traitors Marius and Krell so they can stand a Military court martial and a trial of treason to the Empire."

Spoor sat in her chair listening to the message.

Spoor: "We have encountered only one other vessel of your class in this area an it is currently in our docks being repaired as we speak. I would like to know what your intentions are since it is currently under our supervision. I don't want any of the Empire's property damaged because of some stray ship. I ask that you wait until it is out of docks before you take control back over it."

Jinto was a little astonished. "Thank you for separating everyone. Now ambassadors from Gaian Ascendancy, is there anything else you would like to bring to the table?"

Lafiel : "Ambassador Drake, you will be given a chance to speak in a moment"

The ships respond, "we are on the hunt for the traitor Marius and his friend General Krell they are to be sent to a military court martial and then tried for treason. It is obvious they are the ones on that ship and we will reclaim them."

Spoor: "Then you will stay right where you are and will bring the ship out to you. It is still in our docks therefore we will not allow it to leave until we can properly prepare to turn the ship over to you. Until then you will advance no further. We'll mobilize marines to block off any escape from the docks and we currently still have warships outside of the docking hangar. The hangar is closed and they are not going anywhere."

Seto was about to respond to Jinto, when the comm came across again, and finally the Gaian delegates learn of the Zetan interference on Deatharon Prime.

Seto just puckers her lips, and looks at the varied representatives before her. She then stops, and thinks for a moment. She then comes to a conclusion with far reaching consequences.

She looks at Lafiel and Jinto, and then says.. "As the authorized Foreign Advisor of my realm, I ask that this place become the neutral grounds for every nation present here..

...to the effect of negotiating an end of the wars being raged. Since every national of the wars are present all of a sudden. I ask that 'all' foreign vessels be locked in place by all measures neccessary, and this room be locked down until a peace treaty is established between 'all' parties.

..and I personally don't care what it takes now. We sick of war at the moment."

Seto looks at her stunned compatriots, and comments more.. "You can even have our WarShip as collateral to conduct this event, and bring in whatever representatives you require." ..she finishes with a bows to the Abh ambassadors.

Scar nods as he gets a transmission" There will be one more comeing on our side and he ask the gaian leadership comes."

Drake aggrees " Our ship will run on 50% power as to make sure no weapons can be armed."

Lafiel thinks it over for a moment. "Alright I agree to allow the Nation of Safugnoff to be temporarily neutral grounds on the condition for peace talks. All ships will be given the command to hold postitions. We will act like a mediator during all of this if you don't mind since we have haven't participated in this war."

The call goes out to all ships to hold positions.

Some time later another Reman Warbird Decloaked... It was the Maha. a short message was sent

We are on our way

With out waitinf for clearnce a shuttle set off and docked. Sensui and Albedo calmly walked into the room. "Sorry we're late we had some trash to take care off and and a few other little task."

They sat by Scar and awaited to see what happened.

Drake kept a close eye on Sensui and Albedo but felt this was the best place for the meeting atleast he hoped.

We have offically surrendered to the Gaian Ascendancy. As of this moment you are to immediatley aquit all charges on Marius and Krell but we still would like the Guardian back as soon as possiable. the message ends The captains all look like they were sucking a lemon.

Seto meanwhile was busy getting the latest data from all the fronts of the war, as well as getting final official permission to conduct the negotiations. Peorth meanwhile kept an eye on Sensui and Albedo as well. They were completely untrustworthy as far as the Gaians were concerned.

Seto the gets word that the Deatharon War 'was' finally over with, and that within a day, the Gaian leadership would escort the Deatharon leaders to the Safugnoff System.

Belldandy meanwhile took time to show Lafiel and Jinto some Gaian holoscreens of even 'more' magnificent planetary landscapes, such as the Whitestone Desert, a desert that was like a field of snow in summer time, as well as the Phenkad Crystal Sea, a normal sea the size of the Pacific Ocean, filled with crystal latices the size of in some cases, entire of large oil rigs and such. Even spiderweb like islands...

...quite a few tid bits to share while the negotiation teams prepared.

The Electrum Coyote meanwhile shut down all systems, and the crew asked to tour the Orbital Elevator Station, as to give the crew something else to do, besides sit around.

Albedo eyed Peorth back giveing her the look that of a crazy man or a genius. He then chimed in " Why not show them the area around your Palace i hear its very pretty there.Oh i forgot it no longer is tho."

Albedo laughed a little.

" A real shame."

Peorth just looks at Albedo, and then strangely winks her eye.

...which causes a spark to pop upon his forehead, and SMACKS him backwards and unto the floor like he was floored.

Peorth then chimes back. "I see you're looking just as 'cute'."

Seto scolds, but only because of decorum.

...internally, she imagines Albedo with an ADD up his *** as it explodes.

A temporary station was sent to each ship to help break up the monoteny of the waiting. The Abh fleet went off battle alert and all crew was ordered to get some rest.

Lafiel then looked over at the commotion. "If you two can't control yourselves then you will be removed from this conference and anything that happens to your nation will happen without your say."
Jinto still looking at the art, "Perhaps we could also request some art exhcanges along with the regular trade agreements. Your landscapes are amazing."

Albedo just laughs " My my arnt you full of energy."

He speaks to her threw her mind " One day i will enjoy pluking your wings and show you my real powers. Untell then i leave u with this gift."

A horrible screeching starts in Peorths mind enought to bring the stroungist to their knees and in tears.

Peorth visibly reacts, and then seethes back mentally. ":: No more than the prattle of a pathetic scavenger. In the end, 'everyone' knows who the real powers in this room are.

*It indeed takes a day, as the Gaians in Deatharon settle into full recovery mode for the Deatharon people, while toning back their military ops, holding their fleet in place for a few days to ensure no splinter movements crop up and cause trouble.

Shield generators and persocom shield troops partol the cities to ensure law and order are maintained.

There will be 'no' insurgency of any kind allowed here.

Meanwhile the Council Members finally are able to regather, and also recollect over the events over their own Homeworld. It took a day after they learned, to calm themselves collectively down, as Gaian Tourman High Command took the wise precaution of withholding the traumatic information until 'after' the battles, as to keep morale high..

..and to prevent blind emotion from ruling the day. This was tempered by the knowledge that Gaian technology could recover most of the damage done, even to innocent souls, to a degree.

Aleaic orders the Gaian High-Mobile, Nadesico-Yamato itself, the original High-Mobile WarShip built for the Ascendancy, to bring the Gaian and Deatharon lords and ladies to the peace conference.

About a day later as proscribed, the vessel 'finally' Fold Jumps in, declaring:


~ :: This is the High-Mobile Battleship 'Nadesico-Yamato', here to partake in talks to end all fighting, as well as to establish a lasting peace, and to also meet the Abh, who we learned of after information was recieved.

We come to also prove our honor, and ask the other nations involved in the wars, to come and prove theirs, by forging a lasting peace.

Albedo laughed "little child i am older then your race. if i wanted i could brake you so bad not even your tech could bring you back from the dead."

He then took a seat agian and leaned back. Little did anyone know with in a few months all the people in this room would bare witness to a fight that would settle the score one way or another....



Sensui had moved little we was much looking forward to seeing the gaian leadership he also had a grand speech planned for later on.

Spoor received the message from the Gaian Holy Council and replied, "Please maintain your current position and power down your weapons. Send your ambassador via shuttle to the conference where he will be received by an armed escort and led to the current meeting."

OOC: Gaians who do you want to represent Deatharon? The Emperor will probally stay behind to ensure the loyality of the Marines and the Guard and Navy. I think Prince Alfred would be best for this sitiuation or Marius but he has not been briefed.

Marius and Krell did not like being restricted to where they were they finally repaired the ship and could easily get out of here with a well placed wormhole jump but it would be a bad idea if the Abh ships fired on them as they tried. Marius decides to leave the ship and hails Spoor: "Krell and I were wonder if we could send a shuttle out to meet the Gaians directly? If that is all right with you?"

Spoor nodded as she received the message. "A shuttle shall be allowed to pass and I will arrange for an escort to greet you when you arrive. Your ship is not to move at all when the bay doors are opened. Is that understood?"

Krell and Marius entered the shuttle with Krells six Mutant bodyguards. The shuttle deteached from the Imperial Guardian and headed toward the the Gaian warship. The Shuttle hailed: Would it be alright if we joined the negiotaions we are getting a little bored sitting on an Imperial Warship with nothing to do.

Peorth just finally flustered Albedo out of her mond, like he was an annoying fly, and watied with the others, as the communicaes go back and forth.

The message sent to the Nadesico-Yamato is returned with a simple acknowledgement. Another is given to Lord Marius and General Krell, though as soon as they arrive, they are wisked with the Gaians, as they approach this time in a Beta Class Shuttle, one that ends up following a mirror route that Seto's shuttle had.

In all of fifteen minutes, most of the 'war party' of the Gaian Holy Council arrives, adorned this time in 'far' more civilized cloth, as to say their Official Council Robes/Kimonos/Bling.. ((OC- Jurai-like robes, with more white/blue/silver accents...))

Aleaic of course leads his party, who arrive in a small column.

Seto, Peorth and Belldandy 'sense' and rise just before they arrive, and bow respectfully. Aleaic immediately notes and does the same. He then looks across the chamber with the varied representatives, and then see the Abh ambassadors.

The Imperial response was to send Prince Alfred Von Antheron to represent the Empire Of Deatharon. The Prince was nervious but knew Lady Aluria The Shadow Queen was with him protecting his mind from outside interfernce.
The Prince and Marius talked while Krell talked to Lady Aluria the infamous head of the feared Imperial Intellgence Core. She was flanked by two powerful Psionic bodyguards.

Lady Aluria is the most powerful Mutant Psyker in the Empire and thus has proven to be loyal enough and powerful enough to run the Imperial Intellgence Core (The Guys who spy on other nations and ensure Loyalty to the Empire using any means possiable.)

Warning these guys are very independant and shadowy they do not like to be controled but they are Loyal only to the Emperor. They have killed people up to Duke rank for being disloyal. I suggest you use the Emperor to tone them down or expect them to fight back with covert actions. (They were not used in the war accept as info gathers(supreme Lord Commander of the military Mavis does not trust them) They also use mutants psykers to kill people or control them torture is also something they have a knack for.)

Jinto and Lafiel both stood and bowed to the newly arrived ambassadors.
Lafiel: "Welcome all. We are honored by your presence. It is our hope as well that this alliance proves to be fruitful to all. We have already discussed much about the format of this alliance and what it will encompass. Does anyone here have anything they would like to add?"

Jinto: "I would also like to say that it seems your nations have been ravaged by war. If you would like our aid in rebuilding or if you would just like us to send food supplies to your people then please inform us. I am positive it shall not be a problem."

Lady Aluria had a secret incomeing message from Imperial Intel.

Agent: May lady we have bad news Mavis sent two fleets of Imperial Ships to engage an unkown force we suffered a humilating defeat. We are trying to erase this from records so the Gaians won't find out.

Lady Aluria: send the shadow agents kidnap Mavis alive and send him to the Emperor for judgement for failure.

Agent: Yes shadow queen.

Prince Alfred was a little shy he had never seen an Abh before and was a little nervious.

Aleaic answers back from across the table. "About the healthiest thing for our, and everyone elses recovery, is to increase commerce within our borders. For us in retrospect, one world was damaged, and some of our military capacity is 'dented' so to speak.

...which in any case are probably the provdence of our Goddess Lady Creation as payment for our inital foray into meddeling. Call it 'accounts payable' in the give and take department.

I'm 'more' worried about the economic and overall well being of our recently liberated protectorate. The Deatharons would require 'far' more of such assistance than we do. That would be the best thing for now.

The second thing to be done, is here. If nothing more than an 'Aries Conventions' for the leaglization of war as a way to settle disputes in a civilized manner, then the intent is clear. To end war that targets innocents. No amount of perception and deception, where honor is the vein blemished, 'ever' allow for such utterly dispicable acts.

Those that target innocent souls, (and for us there 'is' such a defenition..) should be ashamed of themselves to the final fibers of their being and suffer dishonor in 'all' eyes as a result."

Aleaic stops, to add.. "The Ascendancy is 'not' the culprit of this act, but the victim of it, in as much as we can define ourselves. Nothing we have done, especially when we tried 'damned' hard to avoid such acts, to even avoid civilized centers until after a enemy force in the field was defeated, it therefore goes against much of who we are, to have those that had 'little' to do with the war, to be included as such, in 'such' a horrendous way.

There are those in this chamber, that fit this blaise category however, and they 'know' who they are, and who they represent."

Aleaic then looks at Sensui, Albedo and the Dominion representative. "..and so, hear me now..

That Reman Warbird wasn't ours that fired in violation of a cease fire, nor was ours when it attacked Deatharon Prime in an attempt, made by greed, to violate a cease fire in place, that we 'also' had made..

...nor was it our capabilities that killed innocent citizens over Ishbal, Deatharon Prime and White Diamond/Sapphire, and hence, even 'with' alliance agreements, cannot be construed as 'our' act, and therefore the lives we lost because of those actions construed as our own acts, WHEN it was not so, is beyond dishonor to us, by ally and animosity alike." ...the last put with near hatred in his voice.

"So no, 'we' do not require aid, Deatharon and to a degree Neo Zeta as well. We also would appreciate an ally of the Abh, to help us in the Guardianship, and prevent such acts from occuring ever again.

Aleaic then took a very personal step forward. "The Dominion and Neo Zeta thinks they know what honor is? I shall be the one to test that.

As soon as the peace treaty is settled, I will challenge you *To Albedo and Sensui* ..and your best troops... *To the Dominion ambassador* ...to a full enblooded Trial of Greviance, based on those acts that caused us harm in name and souls.

I truly hope you have gods or the like to pray to." Aleaic finishes and turns and head back with a harsh stride back near his family. Ones that are 'not' shaking their heads either as normal.

Meanwhile, Deatharon signals about two 'unaccounted' for fleets, and the events that may bring trouble, begin to circulate Gaian Intel and SpecOps sources..

...the entire military is placed on passive alert, though humanitarian efforts still continue, essentiall reinitiallizing power stations, and reworking some damaged food agri-centers and such using very powerful genetic sew-in units that plant grians of food types, that progress as much as six times the growth rate of normal grains and such. Meat sources are slower to recover, and are accented with thousands of replicators all over the Deatharon Republic Systems.

The Deatharon also begin to recieved literally millions of mini-holo info-nodes, essentially ultra powerful, all-band wavelength Routers that are like a hundred mainframes and a thousand routers in one device, the size of a Cisco Router. It's these babies that route normal fiber cables, and also ultra powerful wave signals of several communication formats, that essentially boost Deatharon information sorting and storage, of all types of information, to about as much as one hundred times as fast as previously.

The civil community meanwhile begins to be integrated more into the normal society the Gaians are used to, and the more menial labor facets are take up by ever increased automation capabilites, about as advanced as the ones the Gaians use from everything from textiles and standard homr surfaces crafting, to up to the maintenance of the Eternal Destiny itself.

It'd take a good half year, but this flood of these and 'far' more overlooked, but just advanced capabilities and functions, will allow the previously down trodden portions of Deatharon society to live the life they once looked up to.

Meanwhile, small Gaian exploration flotillas explore fully, over one hundred and fifty uninhabited Systems in the Deatharon Republic Sphere, and are shown how to harvest and gather all 'kinds' of resources from them, making resource capability nearly unlimited. The key is the Molecular Fabrication Foundry vessels the Gaians bring in after the war is over, along with 'all' the missiles the Deatharons fired off before and during the invasion, to show how to make this capability efficent and expansive.

All this, and other investments in the Deatharon future, make the idea of having an interloper power pop in less than bemusing to the Gaian military.

The passive alert extended throughout the Ascendancy Sphere.

Sensui laughs with a somewhat crazy laugh " Oh very good speech but your off on a few points in my mind. One there is no such thing as a innocent in a war. All are enemys from a child such as yours to a old man. All are to be delt with untell they surrender. Second we never told the Dominion to attack you i would welcome it if they had attacked us."

"And you wish to fight us? Ha i have no time for your childish powers. You think you are powerful and that maybe true in your empire. But just becuase you have never met anyone more powerful dose not mean there isnt."

" Besides i have more pressing matters then your petty vengence. You lost a few thousend people to be honest i hope they all rot in hell for being unpreaperd."

Albedo smirks " Besides i am sure the pain they felt was so lovely. Oh i envy them for i will never feel such pain."

Albedo laughs evily and says " I wonder if your kids will soon feel the same pain."

...and then LAUGHS very loudly, and for a good bit. When he finally stops.. "But I 'have' met those more powerful. And I can anme them, if not for the fact you two have no right to hear those names. Your own 'laughing' belies your fear I can feel within you both."

Aleaic then adds.. "..and I 'already' have seen the actual Infernal Plane. Trust me, the souls taken from us are 'not' there. Being connected to the 'actual' Angelic Plane in a fashion gives a perspective that you only 'wish' you could experience."

Aleaic then flusters at them both. "Now do please be quiet, you both are a bore to me." ...he ended that portion of the 'conversation' without even mentioning he 'was' essentially the Hikari Power, not just an agent of it.

..about the only thing differed between him and a god, was the fact that he bled. The latter though was difficult to conduct nowadays. He silently 'thanked' the Dark Wave Incident for this nice aftereffect, among other tidbits 'yet' unveiled.

Then he turns to Lord Drake and only says.. "Does your statement have an actual difference between the two? Those that decide to stand against us, are 'not' usually attacked, unless they attack us first.

We 'do' respect lives of those that do not wish contact with us, in the objective term of the definition."

Sensui smirks " Oh but i have seen and been to such places. I have been to the spirit world but i will end my talk for now becuase your power is so weak it makes me tired."

Albedo however did fear him. Albedo was stroung but knew when he was outmatched a slight look of fear could be seen in his eyes unlike Sensuis.

He has now become silent too but with out the back talk. Sensui had the power to back it up agianst him... Albedo did not.

Lord Drake only answers " We will win a war no matter what it takes we think nothing ill of that nore do think ill of those who do the same. Victory is our life.

Prince Alfred Von Antheron looked at Albedo and Sensui with anger and hate. These guys murdered Deatharon Citizens who were forbidden from owning a weapon and these monsters killed them. Lady Aluria wondered if she should have brought an Imperial strike team to kill Sensui and Albedo.

Grand Duke Mavis was dragged before the Emperor and was forced to confess about the two fleets (under torture) Mavis confesses and tell he authorized a Black hole strike on the Enemy fleet but it escaped. The Emperor had a look of dread. not only did this idiot unleash the Empire's greatest weapon on another nation but also that it failed. He opened a private channel to Lady Aluria and told her everything about the fleets and the Blackhole strike.

Lafiel and Jinto sat back listening to the argument. They both had had just about enough of the argument. Lafiel finally stood and addressed the entire gathering.

Lafiel: "This is supposed to be a peace conference in an effort to form alliances! This argument is totally rediculous. Targeting noncombatants is barbaic and this Empire holds strict punishments for any such acts. Trust me, the punishment is not pleasant. Now if you cannot put aside petty differences, then I will have you removed from these preceedings and sent back to your ship."

Prince Alfred replies, "It is a little hard to forgive and forget when invaders slaughter innocent people in the name of war." Lady Aluria silently nods her head in approval of the prince's reply. Marius comments to General Krell, The two our agreeing on something you owe me two Imperial credits." Krell moans and hand Marius two Imperial credits.

Jinto stood by Lafiel's side.

Jinto: "We do not ask you to forgive and forget about past atrosities but now is not the time for arguing. The purpose of this is for the benefit of all the gathered nations here. Feel free to destroy each other AFTER this conference if that is your desire but until then, I ask that you keep your emotions in check."

Prince Alfred retorts, "What is the point of the making an alliance and destroying each other later? The reason I believe the Gaians brought this up is because they feel the Alliance should included stricter rules on military targets in times of war.'

Aleaic bows his head at the Abh. "I appologize, my emotions are not as they should be."

Tsunami however speaks next.. "My husband speaks of a peace treaty, and nothing more. The problem in my mind is that the lack of trust and obediance within the forces of certain realms that caused acts that led to events that should not have been.

But we do not intend to leave here unless a real peace is established. That means real honor must be established 'here' and now."

Al and Tsui eye each other for a moment after.

Lady Aluria feels nervious at that comment and is thinking. I hope they do not start investigating my Imperial Intelligence Core. I would not want to have to shadow it again. She then whispers in Prince Alfred ear about the situation and Alfred has a look of pure surpise on his face. Marius inquires,"So how do we establish trust between nations that have gone back on their word."

Lafiel nodded. "There is no need to apologize. I know debates can become heated but I ask that you remember the purpose of these talks. I do agree that there should be honor in battle and I do hope to establish peace between warring nations."

The comunicator Lady Aluria had been carring goes off. She walks out and gets a holo message. The Message from the Emperor decress that the Empire of Deatharon has collasped and the New Imperial Republic has been declared. Lady Aluria heads back in the meeting to notify all the other Deatharons.

With that, the Gaian representatives begin the negotiations simply, as new information continues to come in, such that helps drive the Gaian portion of their terms.

They declare the Deatharon Protectorate, a sovereign nation with it's borders for a ten year period, the domain of the Ascendancy Sphere, to be respected as such as if was the Gaian's own borders. The Deatharon people will have the 'same' equality as the Deatharon leaders, with only political leadership being the only divergent factor within that society.

That political functions will have partial governorship by a set chosen Gaian-Deatharon Council, that will begin to revamp all laws and civil acts, as to ensure a permanent equality, as well as a fair sense of goverment. This also will redirect all economic aspects to extend all possible quality of life to the people as well, no matter 'what' their species, gender, or format.

Education will become paramount, and technological advances will be shared with the populace equally, where non-military applications are concerned. The Deatharon military, will be kept armed, but will fall under the FACAF Allied Organizational Concept, and be trained and properly equipped in the FACAF standard, and existing academies, bases, and support functions will be upgraded, and expected to adhere to the Gaian Clan Honor System, and their chain of command be strictly adhered to. The Clan Trials system will be implemented to solve all disputes, as well as to limit the scars of battle, by 'bidding' down troops when possible, to also limit the destruction of resources, military and otherwise.

The Deatharon people are expected to elect their own Representa and Senatoria, these two bodies that will act with the Deatharon Council to handle all affairs in an expident and proper manner. The Representa will consist of five Representatives from each world, and two Senators likewise. They will construct their own Constitution within five years, and then be ratified by the 'majority' of the populace by the tenth year of Gaian Protectorate. At that time, the Ascendancy will fully withdraw all troops, and only leave behind diplomatic functionaries, where at that time, a full alliance with the Ascendancy will be offered, to a full and soveriegn Deatharon Republic.

While this time period proceeds, all territory within Deatharon are treated as Ascendancy territory, in the hence of responsibility of defense of. The territories are 'not' sovereign Gaian territory, but will be defended all the same as if it were. As such, a full and integrated Gaian Defense Network will be established, and full factories, yards, and more, along with fully upgraded bases and advanced command centers, will help govern over all eightteen current Deatharon Systems. If the Deatharon people wish to expand from that, the Gaians will consider that Gaian defense expansion along side. Whatmore, the Gaian Hikari Power Shield will be extended over Deatharon, with intent to protect the Deatharon people. This will be continued if a full alliance is agreed to after the ten year period.

For the Dominion portion of the situation, the Ascendancy will 'not' seek reparation for damages caused, despite the fact that our forces were 'not' the ones that fired on Dominion forces after the Dominion offered a cease fire. The Ascendancy condemns the act that led to such dishonor, and therefore do 'not' wish to pursue retaliatory damages back. The Ascendancy however recognizes the power of the Dominion, but does not see eye to eye with it's practices. For the time being, we only ask for space from each other, to heal wounds that otherwise emotions would use to cause more grief.

For Neo Zeta, the Ascendancy asks that formal condemnation of the Acts over Brakkia-M, and Deatharon Prime, by allied forces that acted with disregard for proper rules of conduct in combat. Those rules were established by the FACAF Forces that invaded Deatharon, such that loss of civilian life was tatamount. The Acts conducted were in violation of this conduct, and expect measures to be taken to settle this manner, in a 'proper' format to be determined.

To the Humankind Abh, while not a party of the wars conducted, your presence and influence would help greatly in ensuring that stability is achieved as a result of these terms. As such, we are prepared to agree to all economic, cultural, and even military accounts of trade, to help foster this stablility. As such we ask for a diplomatic summit to discuss ways to continue spreading this stability. The details of this can be finalized once the treaty is completed. We would wish to invite the Abh leadership to our Homeworld, in whatever measure they deem comfortable, to conduct this summit.

Whatmore, we wish to continue to foster the trade agreements reached during our inital Trade Conference, by sponsoring a Second Trade Conference, to be conducted during the Summit, to continue to expand on the inital concepts from the last attempt. We invite even enemies from the wars to attend, to also help foster trust there as well.

The end result of all this, is that we leave here with the respect of all nations here, and that that same respect is engendered towards all the other nations present, hence our intention to insist upon the rules of 'honor' from all parties once we leave here. Also it is to be understood, that a breach of this understanding by any party, in whatever name, will be interpreted by this nation, as an act intended to insult our nation. This is how we view honor, and will respect those that do the same from this point forward. We will harbor no grudges over past injustices, only for those that occur after from this point, dependant on case by case events.

This, the Gaians offer as our part of the treaty.

Prince Alfred listen to this and replies, "This is intresting but some of these conditions will anger the Nobility and they could cause some of this to back fire if they do not support it. One condition totally equality the nobility have always dominated every part of the political aspect of Deatharon they will see this as an attack on thier power."

Aleaic replies back. "Well, they have to live with it. It was the condition expected in letting them 'keep' their positions in the first place. It's not like they're losing their penchants, but rather giving essentially the same to the rest of the populace.

...live with it." ..Aleaic finishes simply, but Seto puts in.. "It's a part of the understanding that we are implementing as we speak. The Royalty stays, in exchange for these changes to your society. If we had intended to remove the royalty, then we'd be speaking 'for' the Detharon people, instead of 'part of'.

..if you understand this part of the deal."

Alfred also adds, "What about the Marines from birth to death these men and woman were bread for war and the idea of being put under foriegn rule would be intolerable to them. Most of them still want to fight and only the Emperor is keeping them from wageing war for independance. They will want to be under Imperial Command only. and what about the Mutants."

"The Inner Sphere front may amuse them, since there are still several Clans, as well as the assorted House, Periphery and Bandit forces that are not quite friendly to the FACAF.

..quite a few hundred worlds to play around with, since they have declared the FACAF an abomination. We have no intention of disbanding them, but rather training them to act as a more cohesive force.

As for the Mutants, they 'will' also be equalized, and properly educated and trained in what they wish. There 'is' a way to make all things work out, with the proper time and patience.

..'all' things can be so."

Alfred replies, "you must understand that the Mutants are citizens but they are discriminated agaisnt the pure humans that make up 60% of Deatharon population see them as abominations and would gladly destroy them if they could. Mutants only make about 20% of Deatharon's population. The only reason they got citizenship is because the Emperor saw some use for them."

Lady Aluria looks offended she is a pskyer and thus a mutant and trying to restrain herself from mentally destroying the prince's mind.

Marius and Krell back away slowly and the Mutant guards look they want to murder the prince.

Sensui laughs " hmmmm i dont think i will condem my own actions. And since i am the ranking Neo Zeta goverment member here i speak for Neo Zeta. Emperor Jayce and Yusuke are also are unable to be reached.

As for the treaty we wish to add a few things

One Blue Cosmos will be seen by all outside powers as as a Branch of the Neo Zeta goverment and military.

Two Neo Zeta dose not follow laws of other nations unless aproved as a internationl law.

Three Neo Zeta will not be punished for the death of none military persional if it proves to bring a faster end to the war and killing."

Alfred looks at Sensui in shock. He honestly felt shooting innocent people was apporiate for a war. The Empire did not even approve of this, except for the time we used a Black hole strike at the Human Colony that sent our ancestors to a Penal Colony and the only reason for that is we feared a retailation force would destroy us first.

Aleaic meanwhile looks to Sensui and simply says calmly. "That will be fine..

...for now." ...knowing other plans will resolve things later. Aleaic still could resolve all that with Jayce himself later. He had plans for the Nova/Neo Zeta War to stabilize things on that front soon.

However he added.. "...but we hold right to react how we see fit in the name of internal stability."

Sensui smiles " I would also like to inform you that there is going to be a vote in the Neo Zeta councl if we will see you as guardians or not and right now its not looking to well. Remember your place gaians to think your a super power in this universe is foolish. Not even we see our selves as a super power yet."

Albedo laughs " Yes what right do you have to claim to be higher then other nations to judge others?"

Alfred replies in a civil tone, "It is one thing to tell people they live equally it is another to actually get them to and your equal rights infringes on the Deatharon Breeding laws. which state Mutants can only reproduce with other mutants of the same type. The Marines follow the same laws to keep there genetic supierority over normal men."

Lady Aluria is keeping her emotions under control. One wrong thought and Alfred would be fried.

Aleaic rolls his eyes and says it simply. "What makes us 'better', rather than superior, is that 'we' don't fire on innocent people, 'we' don't break word of honor, and 'we' were the ones that defeated the Dark Wave.

...and 'we' goes into every living being that prays for life, not for the warped version 'you' think is proper. As for the rest of that bunk, we're not a superpower, we're guardians. You wish top be blind to that, and 'not' recognize a reality that's beginning to unfold, fine, be blind.

We'll proceed nonetheless, with the 'best' of results in mind, not the baseless of selfish I can sense within you bub."

..and then to Alfred... "...and genetic superiority does 'not' exist. It never did. Not even with all our genetic meddeling was such a pathetic mindset ever developed. It'd behoove you better to kill that concept from your minds, because what 'you' determine as mutants, is a discriminatory term that's too easily applied to 'any' being that doesn't fit 'your mold'.

...equality will end that concept as well. Time will do the rest. it will be done gradually, and over enough generations to 'end' that mindset.

After all, it's our 'mutants' that make us strong, and give us outlooks and flexibility that also helped in the War we just won over your forces. ANY kind of limitation is an invitation to disaster.

..and at the Zetans and Dominion.. "..nor should anyone else. That's underestimation that lends to the same disaster."

" But there is such a thing as genetic superiority. Its been proven time and time agian."

Sensui sighs deeply " Be whatever you wish gaian but there is nore was their ever a balance u seek. It gose back and forth between light and darkness."

yawning deeply sensui gose on to say " If there is nothing more you wish to add to this treaty then i suggest we wrap that up. And go on to other matters."

Aleaic just laughs.. "All you're doing now is just saying the opposite to deride anything we do or say. Single cell organisims are being more constructive than this. Indeed, if 'you' have nothing constructive to add, then your part of the process is over with.."

..and then.. "...and I feel sorry for your rather short outlook on life, since it probably reflects the 'actual' life you have left to live. And forget the Trial of Greviance, you suddenly have no merit to bother with my attention. I bet Jayce probably feels the same, it's a shame such resource wastes exist in the first place..

He then finishes, and just flat our ignores the Zetan 'representatives', actively tuning out their words like background noise.

Scar talks " Sensui i know you out rank me but please sir shut up. You forget your place. You have no right to state policys that the emperor himself refuses."

He gose on to say " I will add one more thing to the treaty. That a internation Law be made to ban the killing of any none military persional and that any force that surrenders will be given fair treatment."

Aleaic looks at Scar and nods with respect.

Lafiel decided to chime in. "We to agree on the international law not to target nonmilitary targets. In response to the Gaian representatives, we accept your terms and will continue to trade and we would be honored to be a part of your summit."

Aleaic exhales somewhat anime like. "Boy this diplomatic stuff 'is' tough." ..he says as he leans forward on the meeting table. Seto and Arashi just pat Al on the head.

Seto the looks at the gathered. "And so, do we all here have an 'official' peace treaty? One that binds all parties to the words within, with honor most paramount agreed upon?

...because if so, this also makes the Abh-Gaian Alliance official as well, upon more talks of course."

Prince Alfred is silent everything they said was agaisnt everything the Empire had stood for. Then he started wondering what the Alpha's would think. Lady Aluria decides to speak for him, "The Imperial Republic agrees to the terms set." Alfred looks up shocked she would say that. Marius and Krell just watch and know this will shake up Deatharon's society from the inside out. The Mutant guards just watch siliently. Alfred then states, "You do not have the authority to speak on the Imperial Republic's behalf. I am after all the chosen diplomat and I state Deatharon does not agree to the equal rights act untill the agreement is ratified to keep the breeding Laws in place. The Mutants already have citienship and they have been happy ever since. Deatharon's society has already stomached enough of this equal rights stuff. and as for fireing on innocent civilians we reserve the right to retailate on any Government people should their armed forces do so first."

At this Lady Aluria attacks Alfred's mind and causes him to fall to ground. Alfred is cringeing in pain. The other two Psiconic agents force her to stop but they do this out of duty not out of personal respect.

The Marines follow a pride system with one Alpha Male And one Alpha female for each pride. all the Prides have sworn alleigance to the Emperor and the Imperial Marine Commander Prince Alfred Von Antheron.

Alfred is only doing this to save his society from a culture shock and possiably very violent revolts.

Seto stops for the moment, then Aleiac orders... "Release Lady Aluria, 'now'..."

Aleaic then 'looks' at the limp Alfred, and 'maps' his mind, and then concentrates.

When his forehead Sigil glows, a whisp of angelic white floats ethereally and into Alfred's mind. Aleaic for a second quips.. "Too selfish..." ...before 'restoring Alfred's mind to back where it was.

Aleaic then responds while recovering. "In the 'any' case of the kind, Deatharon matters fall under Gaian law now, and those laws the Emperor makes are under 'my' final review. I have 'immense' patience to poke and prod the Detharon people to where 'we' say they will ulimately go.

...I can wait Eons if needed to ensure the will of our words come to concrete and diamond fore. The Deatharon's for technically tens years, are 'essentially' Gaian citizens, and 'will' be accorded the same rights, by ALL governing citizens, whence forth the kind that many conservative minds cannot fathom..

...but 'will' learn to accept, even if it takes generations."

Aleaic looks over sharply at Seto, who already has had Peorth create a 'paper' document, one where the 'paper' is actually translucent silk-paper, like cellophane sheets, with it actually 'glowing' a light blue at the edges, and a dull angelic 'white' towards the center, in a melded effect.

..upon the paper, is the agreed upon document and 'all' it's effects, with spaces for every party to sign. The writing is actually a soft version of StarJel, and shimmers like the silver lining upon a cloud, blue and ethereal.

Peorth slides the piece to Aleaic, who says. "If all would sign one by one, with us the last to ensure honor of all parties is true to speak." ..and that, he slides it forward, open to any to sign first.

Use any utensil, the effect is the same written effect.

Sensui signed his name along with Albedo and Scar.

Sensui laughs " Aleaic your a better leader then i thought. You know the true way to keep order after a war. To occupie and force rules down on a nation will always end in a uprising. But if you change the culture to learn the order and make it apart of their culture then uprising is much less of a threat. Good job"

Jinto then signs along with Lafiel. "This alliance appears promising. I hope it lives up to every expectation."

The Psiconic guards release Lady Aluria. Prince Alfred after his mind is restored responds, "I will not agree to allow the Imperial Marine Core into the FACAF untill the Pride Alpha council agrees to it. They most likely will want to stay in there Prides and keep thier internal organization. I will agree to all the other terms however."

There are Five Marine Prides and each of them has a territory. The Prides are litterly large Military families that serve together as a family. They have a system they follow and will not want it to change.

Aleaic just replies back to Sensui. "While that might sound noble of you to say, the kind of control 'we' have, and the one 'you' proscribe are to 'very' different entities.

..where yours and ours differ, is the before and after Deatharon is now experiencing. The before is what 'you' probably have in mind, knowing you in this short timeframe..

..and ours is the one with 'real' freedom, where the control utilized, is to prevent dissent, and allow a stable environment to impliment the changes we have in mind. It's that stability that will help Deatharon grow and change faster.."

..and Aleaic takes the document, and pushes it to Lord Alfred 'and' Lady Aluria.

"It's that stability that will make Deatharon 'far' stronger than they were 'before' the war.

All the minor side issues will be tackled and resolved in turn. One and 'each' at a time.

Alfred signs and so does Lady Aluria. Alfred has a feeling he sold his people out and walks out in disgust to talk to the Prides. Lady Aluria follows in a more dignified way and nods her head in respect towards Aleaic. The Guards and Krell and Marius follow after saying good bye.

Aleaic sighs and just shakes his head. "They'll take some time."

At that, Aleaic gives the document to his two wives, and Tsunami and Arashi both sign the document, prior to Aleaic doing the same.

Finally Seto counter signs the document to validate it as the one that offered it. "And that is all there is to that."

Aleaic silently hoped there was 'real' empowerment behind this document, but the Treaty of Safugnoff was completed. At the very least, the Gaians breathed a sigh of relief.

"Now can we have that drink?" Peorth moaned out.

Jinto lauged at loud. "Of course."

He tapped his cluyuno "Could you please bring in a chartinay and some glasses."

A few moments later the wine was brought in and poured for everyone.

Lafiel: "A toast then to this treaty. May it stand firm and may all nations be blessed."

The Gaian Council members all heft their respective glasses and take a good sip with everyone else that does the same...

"...to the future of the stars." Aleaic toasts, glass held high. And then they sip..

..or in once case 'gulp'. Seto looks over when Peorth glups hers down. "Steady girl. Sake this is not. Savor the moment given."

Peorth just quips back after 'exhaling' out from the liquor effect. "After everything of late, I just needed a 'rush' of something good. I'll savor the second glass."

A good chuckle comes from the Gaians.
