The First Soviet Army and The Fourteen Army manger to take over East Germany and parts of Northern and southern Germany, their standing orders were to march to French borderlands and stop their, then await order from the Premier.

The Soviet Second Army began its invasion of Turkey, by going thought Georgia SSR, and Armenia SSR, they quick March thought most of Eastern Turkey, thanks to the aid of Turkish Communist and the Kurdish Rebellion that was tiring up the Turkish Arm forces, and the Soviet Air Force began to shoot down most of the Turkish Air Force. The Soviets would march into Istanbul by weeks end.

We recognize that the USSR has broken international protocol, and the sanctity of European peace we have kept for so long, and thus, this Directory Statute must be passed to call for the war and the restabilization of Europe. The Pètain Statute will be based upon this ideal of European Unity, and we shall push the USSR from their external aggression upon Western Europe.

CONVINCED that the freedom of Europe is being threatened by the tyrranical and militaristic Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and a vital part of every human's right to the truth and knowledge of one's given country and one's perception of other countries is now being threatened by this expansion into Western Europe, threatening European and French interests and targeting out the Republics of France, Venetia, and Milan, as well as the Lowland countries and the neutral republic of Switzerland, and the now oppressed people Germany, and Austria.

DEEPLY DISTURBED by the lack of acknowledgement for European sovereignty and right to govern themselves by the Soviet Unions and their intent to exploit and destroy the European identity under the tyrranical rule of Soviet oppression. As a major European power and central in geopolitical structure of Western Europe, an obligation to recognize this is invested into the Third Empire.

CONDEMNING the outright militaristic and illegal actions of the Soviet Union against Germany and Austria, and intent to attack the free republics of France, Switzerland, Milan, Denmark, Venetia, and the Lowland Nations.

1. APPEALS to all Western European nations to unite under the banner of the Second Enlightenment in defense of European sovereignty.

2. URGES that immediately military mobilization and counter movement to come to the aid of fellow nations of Austria and Germany to defend in the future coming war that the Soviet Union seeks to impose on the Free Western European States.

3. RECOMMENDS all Western European nations straightly condemn Soviet actions and join with the Enlightened Republic of France and the Third Empire in a coalition to prevent further Soviet invasion upon European sovereignty.

4. SUPPORTS all Western European nations in defending their sovereing territory and create a line of defense to stop the Soviet aggression right here and push them off European soil so they may never violate our sovereignty once more.

5. MANDATES all Napoleonic troops mobilize and organize in ready to occupy Western Germany, Austria, and Bavaria in an attempt to stifle current aggression, moving through the Lowlands into the Rhineland, from Venetia and Switzerland into Austria to strike the Soviet war machine at its heart.

6. APPOINTS Napoleonic General Benoit SOURDEAU to become the Field Marshall of the European Theatre for the European Coalition of powers in defense against Soviet aggression to coordinate and lead all European military forces against the Soviet Red Army.

7. DEMANDS the Soviet Union completely surrender all claims on German and Austrian soil and pull out all troops, lest they face the wrath of the European Coalitionist forces under the Pètain Statute.

8. REQUESTS all European Coalitionist nations to join their borders and open completely to one another in this emergency merge of powers in a last ditch effort to block the Soviet War Machine from destroying Europe's sovereignty.

The First Soviet Army and The Fourteen Army was order to stop their conquest of Germany for now…the lands that they have taken were most of East Germany. New Standing Orders were issues by Premier Alexander Stukov; they were to build up defensive lines in Eastern Germany, to prevent France from driving the USSR out of Europe, General Mikhailovitch Shaposhnikov was order to allow the French to march thought Western Germany and wait for the them to come near Eastern Germany, then began a full out attack on the French and dive them out of Germany. The Soviet forces began building up the defensive lines in East Germany SSR…they digging in for the coming war….

The Eight Soviet Army has manger to take most of Austria, all but the states of Tyrol and Voaralberg were the only Austrian states that were not take over by the Soviets. The Soviets march into Austria was stop by order of the Premier, the Eight Soviet Army was order to makes defensives line in Soviet Held Austria, which will joint East Germany SSR and united to found United German Socialist Soviet Republic. The Premier wanted the French to come to him then for him coming to them…

The Soviet Second Army march and crush most of the Turkish arm forces within three weeks of attacking Turkey, they enter Istanbul by the end of third week. The Soviets had manger to gain control of the key Bosporus and Dardanelle waterways, which they will use to allow the Black Sea Fleet to be send out to the Mediterranean Sea. The Soviets made Turkey, Turkish SSR, and the newest addition to the USSR. The Soviet Second Army began train the new Soviet Army cores in the area, but using the Communist Turks as the base for the new army in Turkish SSR.

The Fourth Soviet Army manger to crush the Persian forces at Tehran and at Isfahan, within two months of heavy fighting, the Iran had fall to the Soviets. The last stronghold for the Iranian forces was at Shiraz, which held off a Soviet Attack for two weeks. Yet the last stronghold of Iran had fell to the Soviets, with that the Soviets set up the Iranian SSR, which will be key for the Soviets in the near future and for the Persian Gulf…the Soviets were building up their defense in the area and crushing what remains of the Iranian forces.


Sixth Soviet Army taken over all of Afghanistan after four weeks of fighting the many factions of Afghanistan and crushing them. The Soviets forces took losses from the war, yet they manger to take all of Afghanistan. They made Afghanistan from chaotic state into a SSR of the USSR. Now with Afghanistan…they turn their eyes to Pakistan…
