At home, the Naval Reserve and Coast Guard increased patrols along the coast and Carrier Group Beta of the 1st fleet began preparations for its own tour of duty in Hataria.

The planes took off quickly, the pilots checking in over through the id comms as they left hogsweatian airspace, the carrier aircraft squadron due straight to WSU containing auxiliary war supplies, money, and humanitarian aid.

The 10th and 9th Offensive Task Force was quickly put together to head to WSU to destroy the hatarian fleet.

In the HMS Indestructible, Fleet Admiral Keynar traced his fingers along the huge GPS receptor panel, watching the Hatarian fleet appear in red dots both large and smaller. The Nascenti ships appearing in blue were flashing up some miles away while his force in green was moving north on a direct interception course with the Hatarian fleet. He hastily picked up the phone, making some quick orders to the first super carrier in the fleet, the HMS Unbeatable.

"Admiral? Yes, it's Keynar" the Fleet Admiral's voice was tense and anxious. On the other end, Admiral Wrestovic replied

"Kreynar, Wrestovic here. What do you need?"

"Time to take em out. Engage OPERATION: ROADBLOCK."

"Affirmative Admiral. Wrestovic out."

The 11th Task Force of which Wrestovic's Super Carrier was part of moving slightly to the north east directly towards the Hatarian fleet while Keynar's 10th Task Force moved to the north, on a due course in front of the Hatarian fleet. The submarines in the 11th Task Force sped ahead slightly faster than convoy speed, as planes lauched from catapults from the three SCVN's, the full attack force of 720 Harrier Spitfire GR9.s They kept in course and moved dead ahead at an altitude of the rather low 25,000 feet while the submarines sped ahead, torpedo tubes armed and ready.

MEanwhile in Keynar's fleet, the three SCVN's also launched their aircraft, 240 [20 flights] per SCVN for a grand total of 720 aircraft, again Harrier Spitfire GR9s. Instead of flying dead at the Hatarian fleet they took a swing to the west and continued north.

The SSBN's in both fleets prepped their Tomahawk Missiles and fired together, all missiles aimed at the first Hatarian aircraft carrier, In total 128 high precision missiles were aimed and launched at the first Hatarian CVN. The four Superdreadnaughts in both fleets combined moved east and west respectively, making a point between the two fleets with 5 AAW and 5 ASW escorts each per Superdreadnaughts. The Unity Class SD's aimed their 6 triple barreled 24" cannons, letting off round after round of 24" SCRAMJET shells aimed at the largest battleships in the Hatarian fleet. The ASW escorts aimed and let loose with hail after hail of Harpoon missiles against the larger Battleships, completely ignoring the smaller vessels.

The Unity Class SD's aimed their 6 triple barreled 24" cannons, letting off round after round of 24" SCRAMJET shells aimed at the largest battleships in the Hatarian fleet. The ASW escorts aimed and let loose with hail after hail of Harpoon missiles against the larger Battleships, completely ignoring the smaller vessels.

The hatarians Saw the enemy Missile Coming and Fired 120 GAM-67 Anti Missile Missiles at the enemy Missiles, but not all of them hit the Missiles, a few got though and did light Damage on one Carrier and heavy Damage on 5 of The Destroyers, But The Hatarians soon started a Counter Attack on The enemy Fleet. The Tangalee Attack Subs soon turned around and headed for The Hogsweat Fleet.

Finding the Hatarian submarines by sonar, the outer ASW picket launched a wave of ASROC anti subsurface missiles at the Tangalee submarines, the missiles locking on to underwater electronics and guiding themselves towards the unfortutane hatarian sailors, with about twenty missiles per Hataran submarine.

Almost immediately after the Admiral's orders were dispatched throughout the fleet the remaining fifty Super Hornets and twenty-five F-14 Tomcats prepared to take off, with both carriers unloading their jets. Aboard the GKS Furg]/i] there was a debate going on.
The subs captain, one Squee, was currently attempting to twist his XO's head off without creating any noise, the resulting struggle was rather comical because it lacked the usual screamed oaths and threats Goblins are famous for.
The [i]Furg was one of the few relativly modern pieces of equipment in the Blood Moon inventory, based mostly on the Seawolf class with some minor improvements.
The debate was in regards to firing orders. Or the lack of them.
The captain wanted to blow up what looked like some kind of carrier out of the water, his XO wanted to wait for orders.
The sub had been chugging along at a few knots, hugging the sea bottom to avoid detection, which was no trouble in regards to passive sonar, the booming and scraping could be heard clearly through the hull.
The carrier was just inside the ships torpedo range, but firing would mean rising to a depth of at least one hundred meters, or suffering the consequences of a sudden air preassure change, namely that of an exploded head and sudden crushing by the sea water.
The captain won in the end when his XO fainted from lack of oxygen.
Gesturing to Fire Control, Squee grinned as the ship bobbed up to torpedo depth and checked on the target, which was about where it was predicted to be.
Two torpedo tubes were flooded and fired, one roughly twenty seconds after the first.
The Furg then went to flank speed and began to make a mad dash for 'friendly' seas, or at least an area not currently being shot up by both sides.

As the missiles launched from the Hatarian ships came within firing range of the anti-missile missiles the entire fleet opened up with their anti-missile batteries. Hundreds of missiles flew into the air, winding their way through the air until they made contact with something. Tracer bullets flew through the air, making it seem as though thousands of small fire crackers were being shot into the air above the ships. Several missile came through the curtain of gunfire and while a few hit nothing but the water, the majority found their targets, hitting and damaging two Spruance class destroyers.

Before the anti-missile barrage started up, the F-14's recieved orders to engage all hostil Hatarian aircraft. AS they enemy aircraft came into range the tomcats let loose a deadly barrage of missiles and then breaking formation and beggining evasive maneuvers as the Hatarians returned fire.

Once the Hatarian missiles had been taken care of the fleet fired a salvo of their own towards the Hatarian fleet as well as the coast line, sending nearly five hundred missiles screaming into Hataria. The missiles targeted coastal batteries, the Hatarian carriers and missile ships, the air field the ground based aircraft were coming from, as well as several other smaller targets that would make way for an eventual landing.

Loading up its 48 24 in. rail assissted ETC cannons, it turned its turrets towards the Hatarian surface fleet.

The Blood Moon Fleet is just visible on the horizon now, the Boomer in the lead with its large 18in guns capable of hurling, to use the old cliche, Volkswagon sized shells long distances.

Two divisions of fighting men and vehicles are being sent to your nation to help repel the invasion against Hataria. Chinook helicopters, Blackhawk helicopters, Tanks and armored vehicles are being sent through converted oil tankers, these tankers are protected by a small carrier battle fleet. C-130 hercules aircraft are currently in the air holding armed soldiers. We request that you keep an air runway, and port open so we can unload our men and armor.

35 Battleships and 15 Aircraft carriers loaded with F124 Stingray Stealth Joint Attack Aircraft are being deployed to Hatarian waters in an emergency peacekeeping mission.
Further, 12 million heavily armed peacekeeping infantry are also being sent to Hataria.
The peacekeeping unit will include one battle island, a huge massive floating, mobile base.
Arrival of these assets will take 74 hours.

Once again the UPR is forced to intervene in Hatarian affairs. The UPR orders all sides to drop their arms and agree to immediate peacetalks.
Those who refuse and continue to fight will find themselves at war with the Union of People's Republics. This ultimatum applies to all sides.
