The Imperial Republic of Hataria declares that it will start sending shipments of Bio Weapons, such as Smallpox, Ebola, Black Death and IG Virus, To The Nation of Feline Catfish.

Any attack on The Convoys Carrying them will be a act of war Against Hataria.

We feel that Hatria is not only enlarging a potentally violent situation, but is also breaking several international treatys. We have sent the 3rd fleet to itnercept these cargos and remoe the weapons, then they will be allowed to continue.

If the goverment of hatria wishes interprates this as an act of war, we shall gladly enter a war with them. We also emphasize that this is not a act of agression or favoratism against eather side in the current crisis. We remian nutural.

As a UN Delegate, I feel obliged to step and condemn this act of war.
Sure, war may not of been formally declared yet, but this build up of Weapons Of Mass Destruction will only lead to it, My region has pooled together a fleet of ships, they will be intercepting the convoy, the cargo will be siezed and turned over to the United Nations, any assault on this convoy will be destroyed and it will be classed as an act of war against us.
