The Imperial Empire is intrested in relations of all sorts. Our glorious nations have many of the same ideals and we feel it would be prudent of ourselfs to join with you.
That said we have a keen intrest in an alliance, however we'll be willing to settle for a NAP with economic benefits until such a time that you feel able to join with us.
