(1)Nations with a pop below 500 Million will get only one Nation and one Island. Nation with a Pop of 500 Million or higher will get 4 Nations and 7 Islands
(2) if you think the other Guy has a Better Claim then you, You can Invade the other Guys Claim and Fight to take it.
(3)NO GODMODING!
(4)You can put Armies on your Claim to protect it from Invaders
(5)You Can make the people in your Claim Citiziens of your Empire that you will have.
(6)You Can RP the way you get your Claim.
(7) The Territories will be Called Colonies.
