The Formation of the Interstellar AAlliance of Stars.

Goal: To put forward an new alliance dedicated to defending space, exploring, and discovering new planets. We will share technology, weapons, and our ideas. All members will have an equal say in the process. The Founder, (HETWA), will be appointed Chancellor and will vote only for breaking ties.

There are Five Articles of Incorperation:

1. Nations will forfiet all membership in violation of the rules.

2. Members will refrain from attacking other member except in the following situations.
A. Self-defense
B. A previous unsettled conflict
C. Defense of property and interests

3. Unwarrented personal attacks against fellow diplomats are not allowed.

4.A nation may NOT attempt to persuede other to work against the alliance.

5. All nations under this alliance are bound to protect every other nation, unless circumstances prohibit such action (examples: both nations under attack, et cetera)

The Alliance is now open for applications.

The Mechanised Populace of Myrodor graciously accept this offer, HETWA, we shall be happy to assist all other applying allies after our conflict in Thompsonia. Adorable. Please note that the True Way Of Alan has been at war with the Xenonian protectorate, and as such any support of their imperialistic actions will be considered a declaration of war against the Protectorate. Ie, you shoot us or enter our galaxy wihout declaring your prescence first, we make you pay.

Apart from that, converse with them as you will - every nation has a right to soveringty. We shall just sit, point and laugh in the corner at The True Way of Alan and hope those who seek an alliance with them shall some day find a better choice of friends.

the Emperor of Myrodor has rethought his decision. provided the alliance reaches a critical mass of no less than 15 individuals, we shall join.

Xenonier, why is it not surprising that you take any oppertunity to attack the reputation of HETWA. You have blatently attack a ship on a peaceful diplomatic mission, and killed Alanian citizens with your attacks. Our response from here forth is to disregard any communiques we recieve from you.

I love how the Alani twist words and situations to their belief. I am a man of honour, and my people, so we shall tell the truth. We fired after we discovered the Alani were leading a new space faring nation into a trap. Given their "reputation" and the fact a massive fleet of theirs, as well as a hostile nation known as their "ally" sent another massive fleet to the location a mere minutes after the war began, one thinks there is a just a hint of lies in your statements and deceit in your nature.

You fleet was smashed, and rightly so.

The Emperor Akarth Von Antheron I was reading this proposed alliance. So the Alani are making an alliance. It seemed useful, Akarth Von Antheron approves and sends it to the Imperial concil to be voted two hours later. The Primarch declares that it has been accepted.

Emperor Akarth Von Antheron sends a message to The Holy Empire of the True Way of Alan. The Empire of Deatharon would like to join this alliance in order to better understand the other Galaxies around the Empire.
