In order to increase tax revenue for the newly founded nation of Shakra,the Finance Ministry has decided to tax all those of religious persuasion except agnostics as agnostics are currently unclassifiable under government regulations.
Under the Shakra law,religion is defined as the personal belief in s form of higher power or force.
Currently,groups under applied tax laws are:
Atheists(know for worshipping a pagan entity known as the Invisible Pink Unicorn)
Wiccans
Satanists
Christians
Muslims
Mormons
Jews
Hindus
Buddhists
Zoroastrians
Taoists
etc.
Amended to the laws,suicide bombing has been enacted as an offence punishalbe by death,and suicide victims will be required to pay claims to insurance companies for insurance fraud and tax evasion.
Families of suicide bombers will be required to pay additional taxes and will be sued by the Finance Minsitry for tax evasion.Suicide victims families will be required to answer to charges of disturbing the public peace,causing trauma to the public and vandalism of property if such suicide results in destruction of property.
All those with religions with the stated act of transferring to a tax free zone known as 'Heaven' or some sort of tax free zone known as the 'Afterlife' will be charged with tax evasion.Atheists are not exempt as it is stated that they are transferring to a tax free zone known as non-existence and will be charged with tax evasion as well as illegal emigration.
Satanists are reminded to please engage in blood sacrifices within authorised areas only and are to register with the Prison Services Department,to be called up to help in administering corporal and capital punishement to inmates.
