With one of the most important holidays in the socialist world just days away, Communist Louisiana would like to invite other communist and socialist nations to send forces to Communist Louisiana to take part in the worlds largest May Day celebration which will take place in beautiful New Orleans, Louisiana, in Communist Louisiana.
There are a few guide lines that we fill must be made in order to keep the parade safe as well as showing the world that the communist nations of the world can protect itself in the threat of capitalist colonization of the world and the threat they pose to our nations.
1: Any communist nations wishing to have there nations troops to be included in the worlds largest May Day Parade may send a maximum of 5,000 troops to Baton Rouge International Airport. (Travel from there to New Orleans will be taken care of either by train, ship, or vehicle provided by CL)
2: Troops are not allowed to carry fully automatic weapons within New Orleans. Foreign troops are to carry either parade guns or other weapons that are to be used in ceremonies.
3: Nations wishing to send small numbers of military vehicles to parade are not allowed to have such vehicles armed.
4: Diplomatic officials of who shall represent governments of the world are invited to come. We do ask they only have 2 body guards per person max and they will be issued speical permits to carry weapons in the city of New Orleans. There facilities will be taken care of by the government of Communist Louisiana and they will all be special guest of Premier Daniel Dufour of the CCP of CL.
