(The following speech was delivered by Prime Minister Calvin Cyprian in front of the Capitol building today at 4:00 P.M.)


"Leadership is essential to a peaceful and progressive future. Roach-Busters is one of the few nations- perhaps the only- that can provide such leadership. Roach-Busters is one of the few nations that sports the best of all worlds: a vibrant, robust, thriving economy, non-existent crime, impeccable human rights, and a powerful military that instills awe and inspires fear. Why, gentlemen, must the world support Roach-Busters? Roach-Busters's survival is essential to the survival of this planet. All who cherish freedom cherish Roach-Busters, whether consciously or unconsciously. The prosperity of Roach-Busters benefits all of mankind, benefits people of every race, color, creed, nationality, social status, religion, sex, and sexual orientation. The fall of Roach-Busters would be to the detriment of all mankind. Tyranny, anarchy, gangsterism, mobocracy, and all other ills would dominate and reign supreme. Without the guiding hand of Roach-Busters, mankind would be no more. No one would benefit from the death of Roach-Busters except the communists. Only those of the Marxist-Leninist faith would applaud if Roach-Busters were to fall today. No one else would. Only the communists would celebrate Roach-Busters's demise. Therefore, I ask that the nations of the world look to Roach-Busters, not to be dominated, but to be guided, and to continue to support our government in every endeavor. Refrain from giving credence to the ludicrous stories concocted by terrorists, false legends of purported human rights abuses which have no basis in reality. Ignore criticism of our government's foreign policy. See through the lies spewed by the communists. Support us for the sake of all human beings. The communists must not win. I repeat, if Roach-Busters falls, no one will applaud except the communists."

Ludo Hienkel (the supreme military commander of The Great Sixth Reich, and the only person who loves Roach-Busters in The Great Sixth Reich's government) was clapping and shouting in German so loudly in his office watching the speech on satelite TV that Otto von Hienkel Rommel had to shout back, "Halt du klapper, schwein!"

It has been a well known and publicized fact that Prime Minister Cyprian of the nation of Roach-Busters is indeed an alien body snatcher from planet Zeta-4 bent on the subversion and destruction of the human race, however his recent speech offers new glaring evidence of this fact, sure to persuade any skeptics who have failed to see the truth about the Prime-Minister's extra-terrestrial origins.

Our sources tell us that before appearing on stage, Cyprian drained three full glasses of pig-grease, before reportedly rolling around in a bath of mercury, laughing hysterically. During his speech, his left eye was twitching constantly, revealing the obvious fact that his eyes conceal death rays just waiting to fry the skin off of some unfortunate human. As a fellow capitalist whose own nation has great similarities to yours, I find your speech to be one that is rousing and yet one that is disappointing altogether. It quite reminds me of eating an orange with the peel; one must deal with the sour before dealing with the sweet.

You speak strongly and passionately for your cause, and that alone is commendable. One must always stand tall and speak what they believe in, for without it we would have none of the grand leaders that we have today.

However, your speech is equally disappointing. You discredit the Communist and Marxist ideology, which alone is foolish. Incompatability with your own ideology should not equal hatred. Red nations have endless possibilities, if only they were encouraged and not stomped on in their fledgling years.

To force or to even say that you have an Aryan Ideology, superior to all others, is an arrogant statement. It does not represent the leadership that people need - perhaps in your nation, or even your own region, but not the people at large.
