Ras Xaafun

To those whom it may concern,
Due to the long period of isolationist policy in Ras Xaafun, the Grand Duke's armed forces have suffered heavily from a lack of technological innovation. Ras Xaafun has no air force, the last rust-bucket ship of her navy was finally scrapped three years ago and the Ducal Army is still equipped with antique bolt-action rifles.
In a bid to bring the Xaafunan military up-to-date, we would request quotes from other nations for the list of equipment below.
Assault rifles
Self-Propelled Artillery
Handheld RPG launchers
Infantry mortars
HMGs
Battle Tanks
Fighter-bomber jets
Installation-based SAM systems
It should be emphasised that simplicity and ease of use be paramount in all equipment as this will mean the minimum of re-training for our soldiers.
Yours,
Gerald Caerns
Defence Secretary
