Today in the Parliment some of the ministers drafted an law that could ban anime and rap music to improve foreign relations with nations. Although however the Prime minister refuses to let the bill pass until the internaional community accepts it. Until then the bill will not be passed

OOC: The ultimate irony. Passing a law banning Anime only to have a nation invade you with giant mecha. Priceless.

I have seen that the bill is rather unpopular among the Community. I wonder why...

As the terrorists of the ALM already know, we despise anime and feel it is the scourge of the modern Earth. We commend the people of Gyrobot for their ban and wish them success in upholding the new law.

The DINONIAN CHURCH, Christac's people and our government long ago agreed that Rap is a thorn in the side of society and applaud you for your banning. Although most forms of Anime we believe should stay (but get rid of the pornographic kind though, that’s just sick)

I see you are somewhat devoted to anime, eh? I personally don't approve of the idea of culture bans either.

Well I guess rap is a really despised music (and to some it isnt even music.) the bill may or may not pass. But since here the rap is generally despised we will consider preventing sales of it but we will not ban it.

Rap is illogical, Anime is irrelevant. Niether contribute to the pursuit of perfection. Anything that does not contribut, should and will be discarded as useless. You are commended and honored throughout The Collective for taking this first step towards perfection.

Well I am a democratic nation and to ban rap and given the current status of crime in my nation will ask for my funeral. I will create a law that may make rap be of higher quality while reducing poser fans. I call it the power of the recan laws. Here the laws

The Power of the Recan Act will instill the following rules.

1.Rappers that wishes to pursue a gangsta style in rap will have to lived in the slums with a finiacial level that is in or below the property line or the contract offered to the rapper will have less of significant value and his sales prices(for concerts will increase by 50% and receive less profits for his sales

2.A local citizen of the suburbs who emulates the ghetto life will be shunned from African citizen celebrations or parties. However if he has been living in the slums with an property value equal to or less then free housing he may pass. Also price

3.An 15% tariff increase in importing or purchasing after market accessories.

Basically we are going to stop the high or middle class from emulating the life of Ghetto rappers so they will understand the true side of African culture. We believe that such type of people are created by ignorance towards real African Societys. We also will help poorer neigbourhoods by giving them renovations in their housing, free meals and assisted health care
