If the "four armies a month" rule applies to droids as well we'll be happy with 4Terminator armies for $2 880 000.

The nation of Ootbrrfry wishes to augment its military with 200 HK unit armies (70,000,000 units), listed as 650,000 credits per 350,000 unit army. This comes to 130,000,000 credits normally, but with the 30% discount for your historical leaders' recognition holiday, that should come to 91,000,000 of your nation's credits. The appropriate sum has been wired.
Most of these are to be used in planetary defense; we do not have the naval capabilities to easily transport them all to a different world. Therefore we have upped the amount wired to $100 million to pay for their transportation to our capital. Its coordinates have been transferred as well.
