The Grand Imperium of Risban has declared war on the Peaceful Wiccans for their brash and blatant threats of violence to others for absolutely no given reason. Emperor Scorpius and the Imperial Parliament have decided that military forces, previously mobilised in the event that the Feline Catfish conflict expanded, are to now invade these "peaceful" Wiccans and remove them of all of their arms and military vehicles.
Forces have already been deployed.
