The Wise One Will Answer...........
The White-Robed Monks

My Liege, Alaric of Xeraph, has bid me come out of my seperation from worldly pursuits to provide answers to your thoughts, ideas, and questions. Although my primary function is as spiritual leader of the Xeraphian Empire, I and my brother Monks have gained much wisdom and knowledge through the years. You may ask anything, and if I don't know, I'll find out.
I will ask you to consider your questions seriously. This is not a place to voice your juvenile inquiries.
Peace,
Abbot Mencius Merton, Prior of the Monastery of the White-Robed Monks.

Why can't people just leave each other the hell alone?

Why can't people just leave each other the hell alone?
To quote Mr. Springsteen: " Poor man wanna be rich, rich man wanna be King, and the King 'aint satisfied 'til he rules everything"
If we all recognized the completeness inherent in each of us, we wouldn't feel the need to covet the gifts of others. Hence, we could all leave each other the hell alone.
What is the opposite of Love?

What is the opposite of Love?
The obvious answer of "Hate" is somewhat inadequate.
Love means that you always work towards anothers highest good, in all things, at all times, no matter the situation, no matter how youv'e been treated. Hate is the reciprocal. Hate demands that you close your heart, and do what you think best for yourself, no matter how it affects another.

Why must nations be so mistrustful of each other, creating huge barriers to stop an enemy that might not even attack? I.E., closing borders, huge fortifications, building entire nations underground...

Why are most humans reluctant to show their good side?
Because those who have the "bad side" as the predominant personality feature will always try to take advantage of them. Which is why tensions escalate as "good" interacts with "bad", gradually turning into war.
However, I believe that if enough predominantly good people stand up to the bad people in a peaceful way, then peace will naturally prevail.

Why must nations be so mistrustful of each other, creating huge barriers to stop an enemy that might not even attack? I.E., closing borders, huge fortifications, building entire nations underground...
Nations, like individuals, have no inherent reason to mistrust others until given a reason. For example, if an individual is told by someone they trust that they are their friend, the individual would have no basis for not believing them.
If a nation, who is represented by a particular type of government, tells another nation that they wish to be allies, then the steps necessary to forge those ties will occur.
However, on both the individual and national scale, if preconceptions and predjudices are present, then methods of self-preservation automatically kick in.
If, for example, a nation considers itself modeled after the Nazis of WWII, then there are automatic, unconscious reactions to that type of government.
A nation who is a peace-loving, non-imperialistic type of government will have second thoughts about having anything to do with Nazis, and therefore seek alliances with like-minded governments.
So, basically, pre-concieved notions are the basis for mistrust.

Is it? Hadn't noticed from from where I'm sitting. Seriously, the planet isn't tilted, it is strategically positioned via it's magnetic poles to be attuned to the universal North.
Bacteria can, and does, adapt and evolve in any medium.
We are followers of the teachings/musings of Thomas Merton, a monk of the Capuchin Order who wore whhite robes.
No.
If it's true, it works. If it works, it's reliable. Life is a journey, my friend.
A good RPer is essentially a teacher. You teach best what you most need to learn.
I wish at this time to thank Alaric of Xeraph for his hospitality. I will now return to my monastery where I will continue to help with your questions.

Bacteria are single-celled life. As they interact w/other "ingrediants" they form other versions of life. If what your'e asking is "can life form from random occurences", no it can't. God alone has the power to create life.

Seasons occur as a part of the rotation of a planet in relation to it's sun. Closer to the sun...warmer. Further away from the sun...colder.
Universal north points to the abode of God. (Please, if you want further info, I can do it at a later date, as this is a highly theological/metaphysical concept.)

There is only one God. All other "gods" are misinterpretations of the One God.
See above.

Why are cliques formed?
Perceived similarities attract each other. Cliques ( or tribes, clans, etc...) come about due to social necessity. Cliques have a reputation of being negative, usually the perception of those who are not part of the clique.

Not unless you enter into a conflict with Xeraph, which won't happen since you and he are allies.
