Council of Foreigners is a large council with a representitive from any nation that wants or has diplomatic relations with Green Sun. Admission is easy, just swear you will not attempt to discover any secrets or take part in any scheme or conspiracy against Green Sun or take action on our planets against any other nation and similar agreements. This is for debating with other nations and helping your diplomatic status. A large city-sized plot of land is reserved for an embassy move and the center for this council.
