OOC: hey all, how about an Rp bout a desert continent that at first seemed a barren wasteland but several veins of diamonds and plutonium have been found under the surface by x-ray satelites. someone the scientific board of investinators leaked this and now suddenly the whole world wants some.
closer looks at the continent indicate that although there is enough room for everybody, it aint gonna happen due to sheer value of this land. with global tensions as thin as ever, 20 nations set sail to claim a portion of almost unlimited wealth and power.
only 20 places or this could get out of hand
the best RP's are team based, so how about red team, blue team, green team, and yellow team. limit of 5 nations per team, modern day tech only. one team lands on each corner of the continent and establishes a firm foothold. they ally in groups of 5.
