I diagree with the recycling act. The top scientists from my nation have done research on the topic, and have found that recycling dosn't always help the envirorment. Recycling paper is stupid, because paper comes from tree farms and not all nations have a lack of trees. As for plastic, well, the idea is good because plastic is made from oil, but the recycling trucks burn more oil than they save. My scientists have found that the only true recycling that is beneficial is the recycling of aluminum cans.
