After centuries of dictated choice of Prime Minister, HRH The Emperor of Trolsk decided to allow the nation's people to finally have a say as to whom becomes his highest advisor. This has been celebrated by left wing groups and right alike, as now, the people finally have a voice. Here's an official statement from His Royal Highness himself:
"After my family's centuries of dictation to the people, it is time Trolsk enters the modern era. I will still be total sovereign of the Nation, with the ultimate say, but people can choose my 'second in command', and prime advisor. The PM position is now a democratic choice."
