With the growing number of internationally active nations building nuclear weapons, Trolsk has decided to repeal its act blocking nuclear activation, and has made all of its Ballistic based weapons ready to go. It has, however, protested it shall not use the weapons against civillian cities, instead it shall target military installations. A military spokesman released this statement:

"The Emperor of Trolsk is worried with the aggressive nuclear armanents of active nations recently, and has decided to start a Nuclear Deterrant Policy. This policy allows Trolsk Special Command to activate both Ballistic and Naval Submarine Nuclear missles, in response to any direct nuclear attack on ourselves. It is NOT an autherisation of offensive use, we will NOT attack first."

That's why the Emperor ordered us to deactivate the WHOLE arsenal in the first place, to divert money to our Nuclear Power program both at home, and with interested nations. As long as people don't launch nukes, I don't think a cold war will occur. But if you are harrased in anyway I will come to your aid.

This will come to Congress tommorrow to see if we will work together on the project. Personally, I want to work on this as it seems to be a better alternative than starting a war against rogue nations. I think that it will succesfully pass tommorrow.

We don't even have any nukes but we use the peacetime oppertunities they give for both civilian and miltiary use. For example, we use a nuclear reactor for our Collosus tank and we have several nuclear reactors worldwide.
