The Republic of Pintopia, although a new nation, has decided it is in our best interest to pursue the development of a nuclear program. This nuclear program will include research and testing. The Republic of Pintopia also reserves the right to purchase nuclear devices from other countries, if availible. This move is purely for self-defense only and is not meant to alarm any other nations.

I have recently been in touch with The Armed Republic of Zeketown, they have offered me weapons grade uranium. Depending on amounts I may be able to send some your way.

In my current fleet I have two extra B-2 Stealth's that I would be willing to sell to you. Normally the cost of a Stealth is around 2 Billion dollars each. As an act of diplomacy I would be willing to sell them to you for 1 Billion each.

Being a young new nation myself, I must concur with the representatives of Green Sun and Greater Valia.

As new nations, we need to be guided (slightly!) by our more matured neighbours.

If any assistence is required, we have a small but willing army.

OOC: Okay, first of all: I said I would attack the NEXT <100 mil nation to do this. Not you. Second of all: I'm a FT nation that could glass Earth if I wanted to. But the consequences of that would be every FT nation would be on my tail if I did. But I could probably wipe out all three of you without landing a single tank on Earth. I don't think an alliance of three nations whose combined population is less than 21 mil. I'm trying too keep this forum free of spam threads and keep originality flowing.

[OOC: I'd just like to say that as (I believe) a moderately well known and respected IIer, I don't support the population limits on nuclear weapons. If someone comes into the game and n000ks j00 then I'll ignore them, because they're a moron / godmodder. On the other hand, if a small nation comes up with a decent explaination for where they got their nukes from and then RPs with them realistically (note I didn't say responsibly - that's an RP decision, not an OOC godmodding matter) than I will accept it.]
