OOC: Atrocity will happen first then, diplomatic relations.

IC: The new Dread Lord, Emperor Bane sat on his black marble throne, and thought of his next move. Now that he had dethroned his brother, Loki he had named himself Emperor Bane The XXXV and now Bane had to decide what to do with all of Loki's supporters. He wasn't in the mood to put them to work, he was looking for something original and that's when it hit him.

He quickly wrote down an executive order to have all of Loki's supporters rounded up and brought before Bane. He would sacrifice each one to the Imperial Gods, and he would do it himself. After words he would then take their heads and place them on pikes all throughout the Dracun Sub-Continent, most likely on the Northern Shore.

He smiled, This shall be fun

I, Emperor Bane the XXXV, order all supporters of former Emperor Loki rounded up for punishment and treason to me, the true heir. Anyone found hiding the supporters shall receive the same punishment. For any reporting call 1-800-SNITCH.

And with that, the Territorial Guard (The Basic Secret Police) began the round up of every known and reported supporter of Loki the Coward.

Bane looked; there were over 80,000 who needed to be killed. That could not simply be done. So he decided that every week a hundred would be killed, starting now. The first one was brought before him, shear terror in his eyes. Bane grabbed the person by the neck, and snapped it the crack of his neck sent cries into the air realizing that would be them next. Bane loved every minute of it, he took another one, taking his Dracun Dagger and made four cuts around the area of the female’s heart, she was not as lucky as the first.

Every time a new person came up, he tried something new. He was enjoying himself a lot, he was sick in the head. As he killed one, their head was taken from their body and placed on a pike. The pikes were then loaded up onto trucks which would later head out for the Palace of Death, where they would be placed to warn those who entered future. Bane snapped another’s head and laughed sinisterly.

There is no point in this mindless destruction. You are inadvertedly creating a vacuum in your political sovereignity that will lead to your downfall, internally and externally. You are working against your own species, thus you are violating the rule of survival. Elimination of non-combatants will only lower efficiency and lead to condemnation and reduction of political capital. Reconsider your policy. Mental engineering is much more efficient. Even without use of genetics, usage of physical techniques work with amazing efficiency in organics, whom are susceptible to psychological conditioning. Furthermore, public display of the executed only agitates internal aggression. They will soon realize that you are few and they are many. You must cease and desist your actions if you wish yoru regime to survive. This is not an issue of ethics, but of survival.

After a particular satisfying slaughter, and sacrifice to the gods Emperor Bane looked to his window, standing behind it's glass he realized in times like these allies would be needed a lesson he soon learned after the FC Nuclear incident and he wasn't to happy about that situation at all. He needed to find those like himself, brutal and powerful and in order to do that he had to reach out to the world. He constructed a message, and sent it to the world.

I Emperor Bane The XXXV, ask for allies in times such as these. We ask for any type of diplomatic relations, but be warned. We are a brutal people, and my people like it that way, so you are forewarned of our Internal Policies.
