For centuries we have watched our beloved galaxy spiral into chaos. The elctromagnetic chatter of your wars has grown to a deafening roar. Will you never be satisfied? Will your bellies ever be filled by the mass wreckage of doomed warships, and the blood of your soldiers who march to the slaughter believeing they defend freedom? This trans-galactic game of chess must end. Be you an imperium, kingdom, commonwealth, or democracy you are all guilty as are we. We understand that all sentient beings have a thirst for bloodand destruction, a genetic flaw not yet erased by evolution, or whatever gods there may be. Now, we have decided to erase this flaw by any means necessary. The law of entropy states that things by nature fall into chaos unless righted by an outside force. We propose the Entropy Act as that outside force. There are but a few simple laws of this act, an act to be upheld by all who care for our collective home, an act suspending all needless conflict. Now, and forevermore.
Article 1
The use of arms in hostility to another nation is strictly prohibited, and punishable by destruction.
Article 2
The only use of arms shall be used to subdue crime and rebellion in ones own nation, and/or to uphold Article 1 and strike down those who dare break it.
Article 3
There shall be a few select nations whose duty it shall be to see that Article 1 is not ignored. These few shall be selected shortly after a galactic council of some form is brought together.
Article 4
Any foolish enough to break Article 1 shall be given first a warning, and their hostile actions shall be stopped by any means necessary short of total annihalation. The second offense, and no mercy shall be shown.
Final Article
In the event of an outside force breaching our galaxy, we shall all band together as one to drive out invaders and restore order.
Chaos's deathgrip has been loosened, and the mouth of hell has been sown shut.
