Overlord (Emperor) jbfballrb waits for quiet, and begins.

"I am the ruler of Footballia, I only allow democracy to a limited degree. We here favor large corporations, many of which are allegedly involved with the government. We believe that the Overlord is the highest being, there being no god. Any questions?"

A reporter raises his hand.

"Do you hate CrossFire Land?"

Another one rises his hand:
`Is that american or european football? Can we call u nicknames like Socceria behind your back?`

"I don't know. Should I?"

IC: "Uhhh.....I can overrule any decisions the Congress makes. I guess thats about it, the people vote for the Congress, it makes them feel happier. Maybe limited democracy wasnt the best word...."

The Jeruselem Government News reporter scribbled down the current progress of the press conference along with comments "Football heresy, not soccer".

She asked "How does the successor to the Overlord get chosen?"

"The people choose them."

"Heredity. Eldest child succeeds the Overlord."

"What I meant was the type of electoral system. Do you use local representation, proportional representation, a combination or both? Also do you have more than one house in the congress, and do they use different systems?" the journalist tried to explain.
